Kosta Palace

Kosta Palace is in a fantastic location right in the harbour, with some of the best views in town. This was our third or fourth visit, and we thoroughly enjoyed it once again. The hotel is large and spacious, with well-appointed rooms that include everything you need—kettle, fridge, safe, and a vanity table with mirror. The rooms are comfortable and practical, making it easy to settle in for a longer stay. Breakfast here is genuinely excellent—one of the best we’ve ever had—with a great variety and fresh options to start the day. The coffee is also a highlight, especially the traditional Greek style. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. A reliable, comfortable base in a brilliant location—we’d happily return again.

Just had a lovely stay at Kosta Palace. Stayed bed and breakfast in the Deluxe Panoramic harbour view double room . The views are amazing . Rooms very spacious and beds are very comfy, rooms clean, we had a complimentary fruit basket which was nice and bathrobes and slippers !! Maids came in every other day although we saw them quite a lot but we travelled over during the Greek Easter so didn’t see the maid for a couple of days which was understandable. The pool area didn't open until 15th April which was a shame but the hotel nearby allowed us to use their pool on sunny days but it was a little too cold to have a dip, but very welcoming . Breakfast options were lovely lots of selection to choose from. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful we decided to book a late checkout due to check out being 11am and not getting out transfer until 17-00.

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast, in particular, was very satisfying.

Hotel is brilliant. The staff are always helpful if ever you need advice on directions or things to do during your stay. The hotel room is cleaned every day and the beds made daily also. The bar downstairs is open till midnight and again will always accommodate you in any way they can. There is a breakfast laid on daily for the price of 15 euros per person. But there is no dinner or evening meal provided. So the kitchen is only open for breakfast. All in all though it has been an excellent stay.

This hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location right in the harbour and so close to the ferry, bars and restaurants. It’s a must if staying at this hotel to get a harbour view so you can watch the comings and goings of the fishermen etc. You could always find something at breakfast to eat and then eat it outside on the patio so you have the beautiful view again of the harbour. The only things I could fault was the hotel is a bit dated and you had to pay for pool towels. The pool is on the room so you have a beautiful panoramic view of Kos and across to Bodrum. We liked this hotel so have booked to go back in October 2027.
