Oasis

I liked it ,,just simple rooms but clean quiet and lovely space ,nice big pool nice people who own it the brothers Adam and Vangelis and receptionist great,,just 5 mins or so from bars etc and beach,,nice food too I would change sunbeds and shower tray people seem to come back year on year only negative is one couple rude room 2 old fashioned but enjoyed it

Economical and quiet. If you are expecting gold taps and up to the minute whizz bangs forget the oasis. If on the other hand you want a quiet hotel. With just what you need you will be fine. We walk a lot, spend 90% of our time at the beach. All we wanted was room. We eat out on holiday. We are one meal a day types twice tops so full board is pointless. Mossies are no worse than anywhere in Tigaki. Its a huge salt late... The key is the price, we have paid, in Kos a LOT more (looking at you more meni, and I am talking 1000's more) for little real extras and a lot more tourist tax. If your happy with what is essentially a seaside b+b. Enjoy. We will be back.

The apartment was very dated and the rooms severely needed updating. we went self catering and the kitchen only had a table top two ring hob and a kettle and that was it. we expected at least a toaster. so the only meals we could cook was either boiled or fried. The aircon at 7 euros a day made no difference to the 28-degree night heat as was nowhere powerful enough. its a very quiet place to stay and a bit off the beaten track. our room had an amazing view of the salt lake, but we was woken every morning by cows mooing. the mosquitos were relentless and we came home covered in bites. some of the staff were very friendly. we have a 3 year Old who spent his time in both the big pool and the baby pool under our supervision which was never crowded, we were in the big pool every day, however on the last day we were with our three-year-old in the big pool only to be shouted at by the manageress saying he's not to be in the big pool only the little pool and supervised. the strip with the shops and restaurants were lovely and we must of eaten at every restaurant. food was much the same in each one and prices were very reasonable. The beaches were amazing and the sea was so warm. lots of places to hire sunbeds and you can order food and drink from them. was a bit windy and was a godsend in 40-degree heat. we would definitely return to kos but not to the oasis.

Wat hebben wij het fijn gehad in dit hotel. Voor ons was alles prima. Heerlijke rustige omgeving, goede verzorging, goed ontbijt, zeer goede schoonmaak kamers. Vlakbij het centrum met leuke winkels en restaurants. Wij hebben fietsen gehuurd, dan ben je binnen 5 minuten op het prachtige strand van Tigaki.

Metto due stelle solo perché la piscina e la colazione si salvavano (anche se quest'ultima era ripetitiva, ma comunque abbondante). Per il resto la nostra camera e soprattutto il bagno erano indegni. Non posso esprimermi sulla struttura perché la nostra camera era separata dal resto, abbiamo avuto l'impressione che fosse una camera di servizio e non destinata ai turisti. Abbiamo prenotato con lastminute.com e le foto che avevano messo non erano assolutamente quelle della camera che ci hanno dato. Ora non so se è colpa di lastminute o della struttura. Inoltre dalla descrizione dell'offerta sembrava che l'aria condizionata fosse compresa nel prezzo invece abbiamo scoperto che non era così e abbiamo dovuto pagarla. Quindi direi che è stata una mancanza di trasparenza anche da parte di Lastminute.
