Lovely hotel, garden immaculate, pools brill, food good, well designed rooms, hotel spotless, staff friendly & helpful. Thanks to Themis who made us laugh every day & all the other hard working staff too many to mention, a credit to the hotel. One of the best hotels we have stayed in over a number of years. Amazing holiday - hope to be back next year

Beautiful hotel in peaceful surroundings . Tasty food with a home cooked feel . Spotlessly clean room , pool area and restaurant. Friendly , attentive staff . Hiring a bike made the livelier main resort accessible within 5 minutes ride . Free mini bus to a pretty , local beach . Would return . There were some toddlers and babies at the hote but it probably isn’t suitable for older children who may be bored . If you want entertainment every evening and lots of daytime activities this hotel is not for you but if you like to do your own thing in a lovely hotel give it a try 😀

The family-run hotel is ideal for those without children and those interested in surfing. Modern rooms, some with large pools for swimming, and excellent food every day with a fresh salad buffet. It feels like a four-star hotel. The restaurant team and reception try to accommodate almost any request, with a very friendly team of waiters. Waiter Nicolas, among others, is super nice and accommodating. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the beach and two windsurfing centers. There is also a shuttle bus. Small restaurants and supermarkets are within easy reach. It was a heavenly vacation with peace and adventure.

If you want a relaxing place to stay with no rush for a sunbed each morning, a good variety of food at breakfast and dinner and friendly staff look no further. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, the grounds are well kept and the pool area is very quiet. The guests are mainly German, there is entertainment a couple of times a week but generally it is low key music in the bar. There is no rush for a sunbed in the morning, there are plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas and shady areas. Inflatables are not allowed in the pool. There are five blocks that are for adults only with their own pools and these looked very nice and were very quiet. We stayed in a refurbished family room that had a bedroom and an additional room with twin beds. The room had a kettle and fridge and insect netting on all windows which allowed a breeze in when you did not want to have the air con on. Rooms are cleaned daily. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good with many traditional Greek dishes. As in most hotels it would get repetitive if you ate there every night. It is around a 20 minute walk to the beach at Marmari where there are a couple of restaurants and a few bars. It is not a large resort. We ate at the Aegean a short walk from the hotel and Artemis and Biggys by the beach. The food and service in all were good but we enjoyed Biggys the most. They also offer free sunbeds if you spend 12euros in the bar/restaurant. If you want more choice head to Tigaki a short taxi ride away which is a busier resort. We caught the bus to Kos town 2.80 euros each way. The 09:30 bus did get very busy and the bus stop close to the hotel is the last pick up. The hotel offers a minibus service to the beach a few times in the morning and comes back early afternoon. It is not to the main beach in Marmari but to another area of beach with some sunbeds but nowhere to eat. While we were here it did get very windy which was welcome but you can easily get caught out and burn. Overall this is a lovely hotel for a relaxed break. If you like a change of scenery and to eat at different restaurants there is not much choice and it is a trek to the main resort/beach so it may not be for you but we could not fault the accommodation itself.

I was a little unsure before we got to this hotel as I had read so many different things about it but glad we didn’t change it. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and as the coach transfer pulled up it’s didn’t shout wow at first. We were greeted by a very helpful porter that welcomed us and told us to follow him, so we did. We got checked into reception really quickly and paid the €70 tax, we had the option of cash or card too that I was surprised with as thought it was just cash. We then followed the porter to the room, a very short walk from reception. He showed us the fridge, safe, even how to work the air conditioning. We looked out the doors and WOW what a view. Asked if the room was ok and if we wanted to change, haha no way. Exactly what we wanted. Beds were comfortable, shower was very nice, air conditioning worked as it should. We were just B&B but also ate in the pool bar a couple of times and it was absolutely delicious, the waitress was very friendly, polite, chatty and helpful
