Sandy's Studios

I don't normally do reviews because it's what you make of it yourself, but I decided this place needed a mention. We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Sandy's studios. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was very good, and the pool area was also excellent and kept clean — a great place to relax. The accommodation was nice, clean and comfortable. Special mention's to the lovely cleaner, who was always friendly and did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and tidy and also to the manger, waiting staff and bar staff who always made us smile. You hard work, didn't go unnoticed. The Greek night was absolutely fantastic! It was such a fun and enjoyable evening, with a great atmosphere and wonderful entertainment. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this hotel. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable! The Kimberley family.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay in Kos! We had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s Apartments and Log Villas in Kos and would definitely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were fantastic. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The whole site is meticulously cared for, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. We stayed in one of the log cabins, which had a lovely, traditional Greek feel while still providing everything we needed, including good facilities and air conditioning. Our room was cleaned daily and cleanliness throughout the site was excellent. The pool is beautiful and absolutely spotless, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is also great. It’s around a 30-minute walk into Kos Town, but there are some fantastic tavernas nearby, particularly along the beachfront, so you don’t have to go far for great food and a lovely atmosphere. There are also bikes available to hire on site, and reception can arrange scooter and car hire, which makes exploring the island really easy. Overall, we couldn’t fault Sandy’s. The combination of the beautiful, immaculate surroundings, excellent facilities, friendly staff and genuine Greek hospitality made for a fantastic holiday. We would definitely recommend Sandy’s Apartments and Log Villas and would happily return! 🇬🇷☀️

Location is a 15 -20 minute walk into Kos town. Bike available to rent on site or can rent a car from reception desk at hotel. Atmosphere is brilliant, relaxing and chilled but also a buzz about too. All employees helpful and other guests were engaging to soaking up the sun by the pool or chilling in bar area. Food at the hotel is delicious, highly recommend. Everything made fresh. Rooms were as described. Spotlessly clean and checked every day with fresh towels on every second day and sheets changed during stay also. Noise levels were low, cricket sounds but its Greece. Road a little dangerous to walk from hotel to Kos town as no footpath, during morning and day its okay but at night, it seemed risky but we did see people walking on it at night. Overall great value for money, great food and people, Spotlessly clean hotel, pool cleaned each evening also. Would definitely recommend, nothing was too much of a challenge.

This place is lovely. The rooms are clean the staff are kind and friendly. We were welcomed with a fresh lemonade which was delicious I had many of these whilst there. The pool is kept clean. However on the subject of the pool. It seems to be completely taken over EVERY single day by large family who have absolutely no consideration of other guests at all. Playing ball games that span the entire pool throwing the ball very very hard hitting people on loungers and sat at the bar and the staff never say anything to them at all. Not just children adult too how quiet frankly are old enough to know better but clearly so full of their importance they don’t for one minute think About how their actions are effecting other guests. So intimidating and as I say they take over the entire pool to the point my children were afraid to go in. The rooms here are clean and the cleaner is so lovely and friendly. The shop has a few basics but as you’d expect inflated prices. Theres super market about 20 mins walk but I would recommend walking the extra 6 or so mins to the bazar market much more reasonable prices there. I didn’t eat here but food looked nice we always ate in town by the sea view. There is a rooster that you do hear any time of day/night but you get used to it and I actually enjoyed seeing him an and the chickens wondering around. Cooking is difficult here if you’re self catering (probably as they want you to buy from their restaurant) only a kettle toaster and a two ring camping stove type thing which took almost an hour to boil some pasta on… a microwave or even better an air fryer would be a great addition to the rooms. A few niggles As always you have to pay for air con when you arrive (we didn’t and didn’t felt it was needed) You have your room until 12 noon on day if Check out… as a family if 5 we had 2 rooms we decided to pay for one room to have a later Check out as transfer not until 7pm When we booked and paid for the extra time in the one room… was told that “need to be out other room as soon as possible though as we have another guest coming… we were out by 9.30am and the cleaning hovering over us waiting for us to leave the room (this room paid for until 12 noon though) would have been better if they said if you could leave the other room and have us money off the extra cost of the extension on the other room or even a free round of drinks to make up for the inconvenience but no! The walk to town is around 35 mins or so. The town is wonderful many fabulous bars restaurants and things to do and see. We went to the outdoor cinema which is about 30 mins walk from the hotel i would definitely recommend this. We also booked through you the paradise beach trip again definitely do this S the beach by the hotel (again about 30 mins walk) is small mostly single and large rocks in the sea def need sea shoes however paradise beach lives up to its name. I had originally booked a 4 star all inclusive to Tunisia but my boys love Greece and wanted to come to Greece instead so I changed last minute and booked here. After reading some previous reviews I was worried about my rash actions, however once I arrived I was pleased and never regretted my choice. There’s so much more to explore here and my boys live a gyros 🥙 (which we wouldn’t have done in Tunisia) other than the pool situation which the manager could have word with them about (but doesn’t) it’s a great place to be don’t expect 4-5 luxury but you can’t go too wrong here.

Just had a lovely holiday in these apartments ! Completely relaxing atmosphere. The pool was great , the room clean and nice and the food at the hotel good . We walked into kos town at night which is just over a mile and takes 25 minutes although a lot of people hired bikes. Will definitely return we really didn’t want to come home . Thank you sandys for the best holiday!!
