My husband and I had a 10 holiday here after suffering 2 year journey with Cancer. The weather, the room, the food and all the staff made us feel happy and special. This is one of our favourite ever holidays 💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️

A lovely, relaxing holiday with pretty views and fantastic, friendly staff. Room was lovely and had everything you need. Beach area is pretty and great for watching sunset. Particular thanks to Christina in the pool bar and Aphiwe in the animation team for being so friendly and helpful, really made our holiday extra fun. Spa is good, had a great cretan massage and face massage from Assimina, felt very relaxed and refreshed after my treatment.

Just returned from this great hotel. Spent 11 nights relaxing. I could not fault anything with this hotel, having read the recent negative reviews I really struggle to see what people expect, very much worth 5 stars. Food was excellent, always a good choice, everywhere is spotless and clean, friendly staff, entertainment on most nights, pool area nice and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and a bottle of water, kettle and coffee machine in the room. Myra was so lovely serving the drinks at the pool bar. The beach is a minute from the hotel and you can walk along the seafront path to get to Mastichari in under 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friend and family and will look to return sometime in the future. All the staff work so hard and you deserve a well earned rest over the winter months!

This is not a 5 star resort as advertised by TUI Overbooking of rooms seems to be constant theme here & this's happened to us too. Despite paying an extortionate amount of money when we arrived we were told the hotel had no booking for us and TUI had cancelled our booking but TUI denied this and we were caught in the middle of their dispute. TUI handled the whole thing appallingly. We were finally given a room 10hrs after arrival after the hotel said they had given us someone else’s room who were due to arrive shortly, but this was not the room we had booked and paid for. The food isn’t up to standard and we struggled to put a meal together and it was often lukewarm at best. At breakfast fried eggs are cooked and made hours in advance and served cold on a tray, when asked if I could have an egg cooked fresh and served hot I was met with a very hostile chef who told me no. There aren’t enough sunloungers for the amount guests here and we struggled some days. This hotel is very remote and there is almost nothing locally to see or do so you do need to car to get about. We will never book with TUI again and will never recommend this hotel.

We are currently here,on our third day. The hotel is in a nice spot if a little remote, not on bus route, taxi 10 euros to Mastachari then buses from there to other places.Large swimming pool not heated,nice grounds and a little beach. Rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, good shower, wardrobe consists of hanging space and storage shelves and a sliding door that covers a third of the wardrobe 🤣 I’m not making it up, there’s no drawers or bedside table just a semi circular shelf next to the bed. Now for the main event the food,this hotel describes itself as 5 stars the food is a generous 2 stars, I’ve much better food in 3 star hotels, we paid 150 euros tourist tax for a 5 star experience and unfortunately for us the food is not 5 star, so if quality of food plays a large part of your holiday then I would avoid this hotel like the plague
