Galaxy Suites Boutique Resort

Just coming to the end of a week's stay here with my wife and her parents and we have had the most wonderful time at the Galaxy Suites. The place is modern (built in last 2 years I think) and the place is kept spotless. We stayed in a garden room which had a huge bedroom and large living area with a balcony over looking the pool and also on to Hersonissos and the Med in the background. Breakfast is on the terrace with the same view and has a good range of different food for all tastes. The pool was lovely with enough loungers whilst we were here. Koutouloufari is a delight and all the bars and restaurants are just a short 5 minute stroll and all come with the typical Greek charm and welcome. Big thanks to all the staff- we have been treated like royalty from the moment we arrived and a special shout out to Stephanos for his humour!! Will definitely come back here- thank you Galaxy!!!

I booked a holiday at very short notice and thankfully found the Galaxy. Everything far exceeded my expectations. The location is great. Approx 15 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the local restaurants. The hotel is stunning and maintained to the highest standards. Credit to the cleaning and property team for this. The pool is blissfully quiet. No issue getting a sun lounger as they can’t be reserved or left unattended for 30 minutes which guests adhere to. Breakfast was great and had a varied selection. Again the quality was fantastic. We ate by the pool twice and the food was delicious. The portions are huge and the price reflects this. We quickly learned it was better to share one meal, even doing this we still had food left ove, we had to explain it wasn’t the standard it was just too much. The majority of guests walked over the road to the bakery to grab a sandwich to eat in their room as no outside food or drink is allowed by the pool - which is totally understandable. A minor recommendation for the hotel would be to reduce the food portion sizes and the price. This would increase take up of guests eating in the hotel. Every member of staff takes utmost pride in their role and this is reflected in the customer service provided. Overall a fantastic stay and deserving of the 5 star Tripadvisor rating. Wish we could have stayed for longer!

Hotel was excellent, staff amazing and could not do enough for you. Stefanos was exceptional, remembered our names and always welcomed us every day. We received a complimentary upgrade a suite with a sea view and private pool which was lovely. Location in the village was good as well, short walk to bars and restaurants.

Stayed here at the beautiful Galaxy Suites in amazing Koutouloufari. We came to Koutouloufari 8 years ago & it was still as wonderful in the village as we remembered. This time we stayed here & it exceeded our expectations after having a bad first week in another hotel. We were here for 4 weeks in total,3 fantastic weeks at The Galaxy Suites. Breakfast was great every day with lots of choices. We also had the buffet one night with live Greek music which was just gorgeous. We came here on holiday for some r&r before my husband has two surgeries this month. We couldn’t have picked a better place. The room was so comfortable with fresh towels every day. Our housekeeper was amazing but forgot to get her name. Best of all are all the staff,special mention to Stefan & Maria, as they were fantastic. Professional helpful & always looked after us. From the managers to reception & all the rest everyone was great. What a great team. The pools & surroundings were also great,comfy sun beds with fresh pool towels every day. Plus a gorgeous hotel cat!! The place was immaculate. Thanks for a fabulous time.
