Galaxy Suites Boutique Resort

Stayed here at the beautiful Galaxy Suites in amazing Koutouloufari. We came to Koutouloufari 8 years ago & it was still as wonderful in the village as we remembered. This time we stayed here & it exceeded our expectations after having a bad first week in another hotel. We were here for 4 weeks in total,3 fantastic weeks at The Galaxy Suites. Breakfast was great every day with lots of choices. We also had the buffet one night with live Greek music which was just gorgeous. We came here on holiday for some r&r before my husband has two surgeries this month. We couldn’t have picked a better place. The room was so comfortable with fresh towels every day. Our housekeeper was amazing but forgot to get her name. Best of all are all the staff,special mention to Stefan & Maria, as they were fantastic. Professional helpful & always looked after us. From the managers to reception & all the rest everyone was great. What a great team. The pools & surroundings were also great,comfy sun beds with fresh pool towels every day. Plus a gorgeous hotel cat!! The place was immaculate. Thanks for a fabulous time.

Amazing staff and incredible stay!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and genuinely could not fault a single aspect of this resort. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained – spotlessly clean, modern, and incredibly picturesque. The views over the sea from our room, the pools, and the restaurant were simply stunning. Our room was exceptionally well equipped, with robes, slippers, beach towels, bath towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, clothes steamer, and coffee facilities. We were also delighted to receive complimentary treats including cakes, biscuits, and a bottle of traditional Greek spirit, which was a lovely touch. Room service was excellent throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us – peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk from Koutouloufari Old Town, with its charming streets, bars, and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and some lovely extras including mimosas and iced lattes each morning. What really made our stay special, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive, always happy to provide recommendations and helpful information. A special mention must go to Stefanos, the head waiter, who was outstanding. He remembered us by name every day, made us feel completely at home, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The pool area and restaurant setting looked like something out of a film, while the resort grounds felt tranquil, luxurious, and beautifully designed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we really appreciated being able to continue using the pool and facilities on our departure day, including access to showers and luggage storage until our transfer arrived. This was one of the best hotel stays we have experienced, and we will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended.
