Inea Hotel & Suites

We were in this hotel for a week. We were the first guests of the 2026 season! The hotel was very well designed, clean and a high standard throughout. Our room was a standard room , with a pool view - perfect for a week's stay. The pool area was very relaxing , and because it was early season , not busy at all. The Milios restuarant served a delicious breakfast , with lunch and snacks until around 5pm plus it had a great wine list of mainly Cretan wines. All these positive aspects are all outshone by the great staff who work at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with a level of service which was absolutely fantastic, they were a truly great team , which made our stay very special and memorable. Special mention to George, Vasilis, Panos, Christos, Manos and Andreas. Extra thanks and praise for Katerina who was adorable. Looking forward to coming back to this great hotel.

Very nice, clean hotel and very friendly stuff. Location is near the beaches and Chania city. Breakfast was also wonderful with a lot of choices. Definetily want to come back!

Everything about this hotel is 5*, we has a superior room which had a separate sitting area complete with tv, bathroom stunning, so well thought out, good bed, plenty of pool towels which you can take to the beach, bonus the bath towels in the room are a very good size, so many places they are so small they would barely go around a child. The staff are lovely, all be it we never saw our room cleaner but she did a brilliant job every day. Breakfast is very good, choices from a menu, plenty to choose from, my only bug is the breakfast bread bag, they put the cake at the bottom so when you get to it it is all broken into pieces, but also it was the same bread everyday, it needs varying, little rolls, different pastry's, maybe little biscuits, after a few days it just boring and i think it let a wonderful hotel down, same with the fresh fruit at breakfast, melon, that's it every day, so many different fruits available , grapes , nectarines, peaches, kiwi, pineapple, bananas, just needs changing every day so it doesn't become monotonous. On a plus the traditional pancakes with maple syrup were gorgeous If they vary the breakfast bag we will 100% be back next year..

Immaculately clean new hotel the staff are always on hand, extremely helpful and friendly. They clearly have been professionally trained to 6 star level, the Hotel gave us one of the most relaxing holidays ever. Rooms are large and airy, toiletries fabulous. The pool area is perfect, comfy sunbeds and music to suit the time of day although I might have preferred more chilled beach vibes in the morning like there was in the afternoon. Crooner tunes from the 60's was a bit incongruous with the surroundings since this is a stylishly minimalist Ibiza style hotel. Whilst we didn't eat dinner in the hotel its clear the food is excellent and very well presented, the breakfasts and pool snacks were just perfect and delicious. We will be back!
