I had a wonderful experience at the spa during my stay at the hotel. Maria, Anthi, and Eva were all amazing — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. They made me feel relaxed and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The massage was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the spa was perfect. I would highly recommend their Cretan massage to anyone visiting the hotel!

This resort certainly has potential. The employees genuinely care, and want to be part of a legitimately nice property. The resort is trying hard to become a Kimpton branded hotel for IHG. Despite hasty renovations, the property is not ready for Kimpton status in my opinion. Food is great. Rooms are nice. But the surrounding area is not good at all. The beachfront is rocky and un-walkable. There is a sheep farm next to the hotel. You need a car to get anywhere. With so many choices in Crete, this property has a real uphill struggle, and I wish them all the best.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, such a relaxing peaceful hotel. Our room was clean with a lovely welcome bottle of wine, some fruit and two bottles of water - of which we had every day. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony which had a partial sea and mountain view. It was a quiet hotel, you couldn’t hear any noise from adjoining rooms such as the tv etc. The food selection for breakfast and evening meal was amazing, couldn’t fault it at all. There were always different dishes and we were spoilt on the Sunday morning with smoked salmon and caviar with Champagne if you wanted it. There were always girls serving tables are amazingly hard working, making sure you have topped up tea, coffee and orange juice on a morning and ordering your drinks for the night. Absolute superstars. We loved the pool area with the beds and seating. Sometimes it could be chilly depending on the direction of the wind but we never struggled with a space to chase the sun. We partook in a few cocktails which were lovely and sometimes we had complementary nuts or crisps. We didn’t use the spa, although the ladies do come around and introduce themselves. We had hired a car which we were pleased about as you can’t walk to anything as the hotel is off a main road in the middle of nowhere. We hadn’t realised this. I’m not sure you would class this as a five star hotel but it’s certainly a four.

From start to finish this has just been a perfect holiday . The hotel is stunning - right on a private beach . The rooms are amazing , really modern with the added benefit of a hot tub on the terrace which we used every day. Staff are just exceptional - nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond . Really can’t fault the food - breakfast just has so much choice and we have had a couple of meals in the buffet which have been great also . Perfect week away , and we will definitely be back next year .

Honestly, some of the best service I have ever experienced. From the big things to the tiny details, this hotel gives 100 percent in every aspect. My partner and I stayed for a week and it was absolutely amazing. We did not book an all inclusive package which meant we could enjoy both the buffet and the on-site à la carte restaurant. Both were excellent with consistently top-tier service. The hotel has a private beach where you can order drinks straight to your lounger. There is a lovely spa plus indoor and outdoor gyms. The guest relations team made everything effortless and booked our excursions for us, including a tour of Knossos Palace and a day trip to Santorini, which saved us the hassle of sorting it ourselves. Every member of staff we met was wonderful. Special thanks to Sparticus who went above and beyond by driving my partner to a local shop when our chargers stopped working. I could not recommend this hotel more. A complete treat from start to finish!
