My sister and I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. It truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a calm and beautiful environment that instantly put us at ease. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is peaceful, allowing you to completely relax and enjoy your time without feeling restricted. We especially appreciated how the staff gave guests the freedom to simply do their thing without unnecessary interruptions. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always presented themselves so beautifully and professionally. Their warmth genuinely made our stay even more special. The chefs were also so kind, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Our room was excellent, spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The attention to cleanliness across the entire hotel is outstanding. Everything is so clean, which made us feel extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The room was refreshed daily by the sweetest cleaning ladies, who always did a wonderful job. The amenities were also great, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more provided. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The food was another highlight. The buffet was absolutely delicious, with fresh, flavorful options every day. Every meal felt like a treat. The drinks were also very enjoyable and complemented the experience perfectly. The location is ideal as well, situated near charming little shops and the harbour, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. A very special thank you to the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and accommodated. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you for a truly fantastic 4 days. We will definitely be coming back.

We have never been to Crete before, we usually go to Italy, but this hotel was the reason we booked and we weren’t disappointed. It is stylish, the beds are so comfortable and our rooms by the smaller pool were very quiet. We work really hard and to get away and relax the well is exactly what we needed. The weather was beautiful, the staff were lovely and if you like local food, the food was great. I’m not usually a fan of all inclusive style food as it’s all a bit mediocre, and we don’t drink a lot, but generally everything we ate, we loved and if we didn’t it was personal preference and we just tried something else. Their deserts are incredible - the pastry chef is amazing. I personally didn’t like the town, but the local people were very friendly. We all said if we wanted a week to switch off and recharge we would 100% come back. I suspect that any negative reviews are likely those who expect a Spanish-style all inclusive. This is not that, it is more boutique, but at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends

Firstly, the hotel was absolutely stunning. Every single detail was perfect! Everywhere was spotless, so so clean. The swimming pool area was lovely, very comfy sunbeds right next to the bar pool. The hotel rooms were amazing, the cleaners did a great job of cleaning the rooms everyday, replacing fresh towels every day. The food was delicious, if you are quite adventurous with food this is definitely the place for you! The breakfast was a bit same same everyday but the night meals were lovely. They had fish in a sauce, one night they had beef stew which was insane!! I would recommend this hotel if you are wanting a very tranquil, very chilled out holiday, the hotel brings all the vibes of relaxation. The ONLY downside to this hotel was it was on a hill. On a night time, the street leading to the hotel was pitch black so me and my partner got a taxi back every night if we was going out as I didn’t feel comfortable walking back on a night in the dark. The walk from the hotel to all the bars / restaurants is 10 minutes on the sea front, really good variety of different foods and bars. I would definitely come back to this hotel if it was nearer shops and restaurants but all in all was a lovely hotel no complaints about the hotel itself.

3 of us stayed here in Oct 2025 in a junior suite with sea view. Rang for extra coat hangers and pillow and both were provided within minutes. Lovely chilled hotel. Room cleaned every day. Air Con great. If you’re wanting a super chilled time then Momi Slow living is for you. I’d describe it as boutique. Food choice is plentiful and lots of choice. If you’re after pizzas, burger and chips then yes they have them occasionally but the more authentic dishes are preferred and we were never disappointed. All in all couldn’t fault it. Lovely respectful atmosphere throughout by guests and staff. Would highly recommend

The hotel is located between the sea front and the older mountain towns, the waterfront is a 15 minute down hill walk, whilst the old towns (three together) are a good 25 minutes up a steep hill. All perfectly walkable, but those with mobility issues should be wary. The hotel is spotlessly clean with well maintained gardens, the cleaners and gardeners do a fantastic job. We upgraded to a suite with sea view and are really glad we did, the added space of a sitting area doubled as case storage, the smallest room would have been a problem. Rooms are well equipped, clean and modern. Just wish they had better lighting, as its quite dark, but in keeping with the relaxed atmosphere of this Adult only resort. The pool area is beautiful but lacks enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel, we travelled in October and sunbeds were full when the resort was not, I can't imagine how they cope in high season. Signage states thaf sunbeds cannot be reserved, however, they were, with many people not returning until after lunchtime. The hotel should clear all reserved sunbeds, were the customers are not present, before 9AM. The soft drinks, local beer and wine on the all inclusive package at the poolside are not the best, the soft drinks are quite low quality tap carbonated, if you dont drink alcohol you may struggle. The beer should be much better for this part of Greece, you can buy premium Mythos at an extra cost. However, just outside of the resort is a fantastic bar called TE.BAR, Zak the host is amazing, we went to this bar most days to enjoy good Greek beer and wine. I am not sure why the food reviews are mixed, the salad choice and cold meat options are fantastic. Most nights a Greek speciality dish was present, lamb in lemon, beef stew and cooked pork. Don't expect the rubbish of chicken nuggets and burgers you find at many resorts, this is simple, tasty, Greek food. We only had one bad night, Japanese themed that made no sense to anyone. Breakfast has loads to offer, cheese, cold meets, cooked items and yogurts. Coffee, Tea and cold drinks should be better, the fresh orange was poor. The lunch menu was disappointing, they have a pork kebab but no pitas, you have to queue for bits of meat, it could be better. The pool side snack is just a cake, chips were a staggering 6 Euros for all inclusive customers, we just wished they offered toasties or wraps as part of the package. A modern hotel that needs to improve its drinks quality, more places for sunbeds and better snacks for all inclusive customers. I would recommend this hotel for the accommodation and location, just needs some small touches to get repeat customers.
