Phos Hotel Platanias

We had a nice stay overall and enjoyed the hotel facilities. Unfortunately, a personal item disappeared from our room during the holiday. The hotel investigated but could not locate it. What disappointed me most was the proposed resolution, which was a 50% discount in the hotel bar, effectively requiring us to spend more money. While I appreciate that they looked into the matter, I felt a more thoughtful gesture would have been appropriate. The hotel's attempt at resolving the issue felt inadequate and customer-unfriendly.

We booked this hotel for a little bit of luxury following an injury and so needed to get away. We were not disappointed. From the welcome and then our room, which was a junior suite swim up pool. Everything was amazing. Just the luxury we needed and which is affordable. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good though the warm food went cold quickly. But that was our only complaint. Would we stay again? Absolutely 💯 % and we booked another stay for September 2026 and did so even whilst we were there

We were staying Phos Hotel Adults Only 4.10.-12.10.2025. We came by night and we were escorted to out hotel room by gentleman who carried out heavy luggage. Other staff in hotel were polite, helpfull and friendly. Pool and hotel area were clean and modern, decorn tastefull. Rooms were bright and clean. Cleaned every day, towels changed ( offered also beach towels) Hotel was excellent choise for two ladies, other on her fifties and other twenties. Phos Hotel's atmosphere was good, just what people want from adults only. Peace, quiet and relaxition. Pool area was calm and the bar offered snacks and drinks. Breakfast was good and there was never rush and food didn't run out. My daughter used gym daily, it was easy book with telephone. Phos Hotel is in a good location, very near beach, busstop to Chania, mini train station, shops. and restaurants. We can honestly recommed this place.

Perfect Hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff . Location near the beach. Exellent breakfast. The best choise for couples wihout children. The hotel is like brand new. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Five Stars from us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Located in a quieter area of Agia Marina (at the border with Platanias) , the hotel offers an amazingly cosy and revitalising experience. The minimalistic design with exquisite, surprising details, the tiny garden spots alternating with water pools quietly pouring into each other and the nice though discrete staff make this place unforgettable! I plan to come back in the future.
