Krásné prostředí, famózní dezerty jak z francouzské cukrárny. Přístup k nám jako k hostům byl perfektní! Všichni byli velice milý. Krásné moře a bazény. Dostali jsme dokonce upgrade, který nás velice mile překvapil. Vila s bazénem je úžasná pro děti, tak i pro nás. V aquaparku bylo jen pár dětí. Nikde nebylo přelidněné. Skvělá dovolená! Filipovičová

Vše podstatné podle Hilton standardů v tomto hotelu funguje, přestože byl otevrěn na začátku června. Důvodem je propojení se sousedním hotelem, neb mají stejného majitele. Personál je maximálně vstřícný a dělá maximum možného. Za stavební nedodělky a problémy z toho vznikající nemůže. Pokud se je podaří odstranit během zimy určitě přinese zvýšení komfortu především u delších pobytů. Při prodlouženém víkendu vám nevadí, že vnitřní bazén je bez vody, chybí odtokový žlábek ve sprše, která nemá správný sklon pro odtok vody, pokud byste však zde měli trávit týden a zaplatit přes 1000 euro za osobu, už si položíme otázku, udá cena odpovídá kvalitě ubytování. Zatím ne. Druhá sezóna též rozhodne, zda invaze hostů z druhého resortu ( poznáte je podle modrých osušek) ke dvěma 75 m dlouhým bazénům se slanou vodou bude tak intenzivní, že budete mít problém si najít lehátka u bazénů. Další nevýhodou je vzdálenost k moři. Musí vás tam vozit, neb je až za rušnou silnicí a je to pláž toho druhého sice kvalitního ale horšího rezortu. Další věc, kterou na žádných fotografiích neuvidíte je dým a vůně jehněčí z hotelové restaurace a la carte, která se specializuje na grilovaná jídla. Aby vše bylo na večer připravené začínají grilovat brzy odpoledne. Fouká- li větřík od moře kouř je všudypřítomné neb kuchyně je v nejnižší části rezortu a pokoje nad ní. Intenzita kouře jedno odpoledne byla tak vysoká, že jsme nemohli mít otevřené dveře na terasu. Hotel nemá vlastní auta na transport na letiště, díky tomu se vám může stát jako nám, že recepční nezavolá na domluvený termín taxi službu. K vybavení pokojů, měli jsme family suite o velikosti 40 m2. Pro dvě dospělé osoby vyhovující pro rodinu s dvěmi dětmi i díky nepraktické dispozici pokoje velmi omezující. Je vidět, že došlo ke změně projektu, pokoje mohly být o 15 metrů větší a nemít tak umyvadla za postelí. Příští rok se sem vrátíme je to ideálním hotel na prodloužený víkend, pokud pobyt platíte Hilton Honors a jste Gold nebo Diamant member se zajištěným upgradem. Jinak ne.

We recently stayed at the royal senses and unfortunately had a rather mixed experience. The hotel itself is new, modern, and the common areas are well maintained, which creates a very good first impression. However, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. Upon arrival, the hotel offered to “upgrade” us to a family room. While this initially sounded like a nice gesture, the room actually had a less attractive view overlooking a worn-out lawn, a very noisy air conditioning system, and noticeable cooking smells coming into the room. We therefore asked to be moved back to the room category we had originally booked, with a balcony. After a long journey, it was disappointing that we had to return to the reception ourselves to sort everything out and collect new key cards. The second room was thankfully brighter, quieter, and much more pleasant overall. However, there were still several technical issues: the safe was not working, and the fire alarm sensor above the bed flashed throughout the night, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. As for the food, while the buffets were generous in quantity, the overall quality and originality of the dishes were lacking, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category. The “Cretan evening” was particularly unpleasant. The live music was played at such an excessively loud volume that it became impossible to have a conversation, and the sound was genuinely painful on the ears. Although the hotel had plenty of staff members, most of them appeared very young and inexperienced compared to the level of service one would expect from a 5-star property. The reception team was probably the weakest point of the experience. We also attended two fitness classes. I do not know whether the instructor had any formal qualifications, but the yoga class was honestly one of the worst I have ever attended. Overall, we left rather disappointed by the experience. The property presents itself as a 5-star hotel, a category that normally guarantees not only quality facilities, but also exceptional service and attention to detail — something that, unfortunately, was missing here.

We booked this indulgence escape with Jet2 hoping to receive great service but the only positives was the room and the comfy sun-beds. My wife was ill the first 3 days and because all the rooms are along way from the pool I asked if we could get a room with sunbeds in, I waited 2 hours in reception on the first day to be then told they would want £500 to move rooms, no other option was given. We also asked for the last day to keep the room until 5pm and we waited 2 days for them to say they wanted £65. The service was very poor in the buffet restaurant queuing up to 20 mins to be sat and waiting 30mins for a coffee which came cold, the evening food was very similar every night which got competitive with the à la cart starting at £65 per person. If you wanted ice in the room it was £6. There is no entertainment at all through the day and a DJ in the reception at night so early night every night as the hotel is very isolated. The steam and sauna was £45 per person for 45 mins which was scandalous, no water with the evening meal and you had to pay £5 for a bottle of water. We had to argue to get an additional towel as my son burnt his shoulders. If you want poor service, be isolated and have to spend money on most items which should be free this would be perfect for you but I expected a lot better, I am a bit perplexed regarding the other reviews I have read on this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views and a great location. The territory is stylish, rooms are spacious, and there was always something to eat, especially fresh vegetables and salads. However, for a 5-star hotel, the service was disappointing in many aspects. The biggest issue was the organization of breakfast and dinner. Every day we had to wait in line to get a table, which was especially inconvenient with children. It was also unclear how guests were prioritized — couples without children were often seated first while families had to wait longer. During bad weather this became even more uncomfortable, and the staff did not really try to improve the situation. Only after a complaint did they send a bottle of wine to the room, but this did not solve the actual problem. We also expected much better room maintenance. The entrance door to our Deluxe Sea View room was damaged and looked very worn out, which created a poor first impression. Housekeeping was inconsistent: towels were not always replaced properly, bed linen was changed only after we complained, and cleaning noticeably improved only after speaking to reception. The balcony light was also not working. There were also some safety concerns around the hotel. The floors were extremely slippery, and we saw both adults and children slipping and falling. Some stairs visually blended into the flooring, with almost no warning signs or markings. Overall, the hotel has great potential because of its beautiful views and location, but the service and attention to detail currently do not match the expectations of a Hilton 5-star property.
