We have just returned from a week at Fresh Hotel. We stayed with our teenage daughter. The room we had comprised of a large double bed and a single for our daughter. Room was tight in size but to be honest we only really slept in there so it wasn't really an issue. Bed was comfy. As per previous reviews, there is little room for clothes storage but that didn't bother us. A previous review notes 'paper thin walls' and lots of noise but we honestly heard nothing and I am a really light sleeper. We were in room 409. Staff at the hotel were friendly and cleaners work hard to keep everywhere spotless. Breakfast was decent. Options of hot food and continental. We had lunch a couple of days too. No complaints from us. Absolutely no sun bed wars. I was shocked to look down at the pool from our balcony on our first morning at 8am and not see one sun bed reserved. There were still beds available after 10am. The pool was cold, but it was welcome given how hot it was last week. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away. It is cheaper for water/drinks/snacks etc... The walk to Faliraki centre is approx 10 minutes. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from. All in all, we had a really great week.

This hotel is such a treat. Staff are all excellent and so friendly, always there to help. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main strip and there are numerous restaurants to eat in. We tried quite a few but I would highly recommend The Bridges, which is enroute to town, and Eat Greek which is just opposite Monkeys beach bar. We went with friends who stayed for a week but we were there two weeks. We had a slight problem with the shower in our room which was fixed in no time . A special mention to Anna, our breakfast waitress who was lovely and spoke excellent English, and our number one barman Phillipos (excuse the spelling) who was absolutely the star of the hotel and kept us laughing. The receptionist was also really helpful with directions and information when needed. The rooms are cleaned daily and we had fresh towels every day - a special thanks to these ladies who worked hard and were also all very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fine and there was always something which took your fancy. If you can't be bothered to go into town, the main meals in the hotel were also good and reasonably priced. We also hired towels rather than take them with us and these were really reasonably priced for the two of us for two weeks and you can change these every two days. There's a little supermarket just up the road to the right and right again from the hotel entrance and if you go right and then left at the end of the road, you'll find Mike's sports bar - also really friendly and food available if required - we had a snack there at lunch time a couple of times. We tried going to Rhodes old town via the bus but unfortunately the buses always arrived full - It was only 2.5 euros to go by bus and it's definitely worth a visit. We ended up getting a taxi which cost 30 euros. We truly enjoyed staying at the Fresh Hotel and would highly recommend. Can't wait for our next visit.

The hotel is okay, but nothing to get excited about – and definitely not a place we would return to. The breakfast buffet was dull and limited, mostly focused on English breakfast, which we found disappointing when in Greece. Most of the food was dry and rather boring. They even managed to mess up scrambled eggs (see photo). One morning, there were pancakes, but when I came at 9:10 (with the buffet running until 10:00), they were already gone. When I asked, the staff told me that no more would be made, despite there still being 50 minutes left of breakfast service. The pool was the coldest I have ever experienced. No one ever swam in it, and people audibly gasped when they tried to go in. I’ve traveled to many places, but never have I come across a pool this freezing. In our room, the bedside lamp didn’t work, and neither did the power socket next to my bed, which meant I couldn’t charge my phone or anything else. By the pool, they played the same techno-remix playlist on repeat all day long. It got so bad that guests started bringing their own speakers to drown it out. The playlist had maybe 10 songs on loop, and within two hours I heard the same track over five times. Even now, the songs are still stuck in my head after coming home. On the positive side, the staff were friendly. However, overall we cannot recommend this hotel and will not be coming back.

Couldn't really fault this hotel! Super clean, modern and quiet hotel but still has a nice atmosphere with a bar, and music playing during the day by the pool. perfect for a relaxing holiday and exploring Falaraki and beyond. Staff were so lovely and attentive, nothing felt like too much to ask. Breakfast menu needs to be improved, like many others have also said there is limited options

My boyfriend and I stayed at Fresh after opting for a more budget friendly holiday and we were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. We arrived very late around 3.30am and found that our room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests (few wet towels, rubbish + unclean sheets) - my partner went to speak to the receptionist who came to help us straight away. This issue was rectified very quickly and we were given a new room as well as some complementary additions to our stay which were very gratefully received. After staying at Fresh for a full week, it’s evident that this was a one off issue as our room was cleaned to an immaculate standard every day. The cleaner was also super friendly! :) Food at the pool snack bar is good - we ate there for lunch most days and really enjoyed it. Drinks menu is extensive + local beer reasonably priced. We also very much liked the cocktail of the day (especially Pina Colada!) where you can get 30% off during happy hour. We always got a sun bed and never had any issues. Because of this, the vibe is very chilled as I don’t think anyone reserved their sun beds early! Everyone just enjoyed their breakfast and headed out when they were ready. Pool super clean. Breakfast options aren’t extensive but delicious and really good quality - pics attached. There is an egg, meat and veg options (beans/mushrooms etc.) that change daily, Greek yogurt, fresh watermelon, pastries, cakes etc. as well as cold meats/cheese/bread. We always enjoyed breakfast and for the price was super impressed - it’s only a small hotel so no surprise there wasn’t the selection of other resorts. Staff were lovely. It’s a 10 min walk-ish into Faliraki with lots of nice bars + restaurants. The walk is OK but quite a busy road at the bottom so take extra care and use the crossings. Two super markets within 5 mins walk too for any extras you might need, water etc. Bus stop to Rhodes Town just over 5 min walk away, bus is €2.50 one way and the reception gave us info on times. It’s cash only. Our transfer didn’t pick us up until midnight and we had 2pm late check out. However, we were able to leave our bags and were given fresh towels so we could make the most of our last day as there are lovely clean showers on the basement floor that you’re able to use - this made a huge difference and meant we could have a proper last day and feel fresh for the flight. We hadn’t been to Faliraki before but found some absolute gems! Eteon is a must for Greek food + Coco cocktail bar has some of the best drinks we’ve tasted. Sarikas at the end of the road is also great for coffees + pastries. Symi is also a must visit but you can visit much cheaper than the TUI excursion from on offer if you embrace the public transport. You can bus to Rhodes Old Town + get on a local ferry at the port for over half the price. Overall, lovely budget friendly hotel with great staff and immaculate, modern rooms. Despite the slight blip on first night, we’d thoroughly recommend Fresh! You’ll have a great time.
