We have just spent 11 nights at this beautiful hotel. Yes, it is a little out of the way, but you have everything you need within the complex. All staff were very friendly and lovely with my daughter's..they were always greeted with a warm smile and high five from Joy at the main restaurant. Entertainment most nights is very good, particularly the live singers and Greek night. The food was absolutely amazing, something for everyone. The greek dishes were wonderful 😊 and desserts out of this world. Sunbeds available all-day everyday. We were on the bottom floor which did cause some issues with ants. Our room was cleaned everyday but not to a 5star standard unfortunately, hence the 4 and not 5 star review. This would not put us off visiting again and we will definitely return in the future.

Just back from an amazing week, brilliant resort with loads to do. The resort itself is beautiful and clean, really well laid out and quite large so never seemed crowded in any areas. We had a family suite with shared pool in 77 block, this was just brilliant....although we spent most of the day in the main pool it was great to have somewhere to go and relax for a few hours late in the afternoon. There were a few rooms also using the pool but it was essentially like having a private pool. Special note if you gave a room here look out for deer, we came back late one night and there were loads just knocking about near the pool, nice to see. The room itself was really spacious, very clean and well laid out, it was more than suitable for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Large bottles of water were left in the mini fridge each day when the room was cleaned and this came in really handy. These rooms are also the furthest from the main reception / bar / restaurant area which was great as they were really quiet, it felt like we were in a little town rather than a big resort. Getting around was fine, don’t get me wrong we really hammered the step count as it is a big resort but there are lots of golf buggies going around so you can easily get a lift if needed. We loved the food……the main restaurant was excellent 95% of the time, there was one night where it was not quite up to scratch but every other night was excellent. Loads of choice, everything warm and tasty. We used the bookable Greek and Italian restaurants and both were really good but the Greek had the edge, the food was really nice and the restaurant felt like a proper Greek place. The snack bar near the pool was also really good, loads of choice (pizza, pasta, salads, gyros) and a quicker option for lunch than the main buffet. Finally, the coffee shop was a nice option for a drink and a bit of cake. The main swimming pool and the one near our accommodation were a nice temperature, maybe slightly chilly when you first get in but they soon felt comfortable and will warm up as the season goes on. We didn’t use the quiet pool so can’t comment on that. Lots of sunbeds available round main pool, with it being June the resort wasn’t packed. Lots of activities, we didn’t do loads as we enjoyed the pool but we played boccia, football and tennis and all were really fun. I like how there are always footballs left on the football pitch so our son could just go have a kickabout with other lads he’d met as often as he wanted without having to mess about hiring balls. The Magic Life app is really good for seeing what’s on and booking. On the whole the staff were really helpful friendly, there were a couple in reception and the main bar who might have smiled a bit more but I won’t hold it against them 😊. We were asked if we wanted to join in some of the pool activities but nobody got pushy if we didn’t fancy it. I will just mention the location, it is very remote which was fine for us as we had no intention of adventuring, we’ve been to Rhodes a few times so this was always going to be a relaxing break. I wouldn’t mark the holiday down because of the distance as you know where it is before you book but I would absolutely recommend private transfers if your budget allows. Our transfer back for a midnight flight took 2 hours 40 minutes which was just a killer. The coach stopped at a few hotels and waited 10-15 mins and not a single person got on the coach! I accept that the transfer needs to collect people and some must have booked a private transfer and not informed TUI but it was a rough transfer. Then the airport check-in was crazily busy (90 mins to even get to a desk) but again this is not the hotel’s issue so I won’t say any more. Overall a brilliant holiday, we would definitely book again but would invest in private transfers
