Canopy by Hilton Seychelles

Our stay at Canopy by Hilton Seychelles was truly wonderful. The property is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located to enjoy the charm of Seychelles. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff—warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. A special thanks to Chef Vishal and his team for preparing an outstanding Indian meal for our group. The authenticity, taste, and personal attention were simply remarkable. A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

First of all i would like to thank Annie the receptionist and irine the manager this is why i will definetly come back.These two are the kind of people you need ,customer oriented and friendly.I highly recommend Annie as a supervisor as she demonstrate the quality and from my point of you she is a role model for others who wish to join canopy hotel.

We loved the resort as a whole. The property is well maintained from the grounds, pools and restaurants to the room we occupied. Our 1st floor selection was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the overall layout of the room was amazing. The maids did a outstanding job cleaning and recognizing our Anniversary. The only concerns we had were during the breakfast time.. there wasn't much consistency in service and letting us know was was available for egg selections. Not everyone serving were consistently friendly. Overall the breakfast food was all fresh and delicious. However, the restaurant MUST do more about the birds and the cats approaching during dining hours. Not everyone is OK with Birds and cats being around your table as you eat. This needs to be addressed. A special shoutout to Irene who was very helpful in making our tour arrangements and assisting in getting our refund after being given wrong information at the front desk. Thank you Irene. We enjoyed the small events hosted..from the RUM tasting to the wine tasting. The folks hosting those events did a great job. The beach was clean and because we were in a cove like area, the water was calm and relaxing. I enjoyed time kayaking in this very "tame" portion of the ocean. Please note, everything is close enough to enjoy a take-away and shop at the local bodega/store. Overall this is a great resort .

Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton on Mahé was simply exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, we felt the special atmosphere of this hotel – warm, professional, and with a level of service that truly goes above and beyond. The food at the hotel was outstanding. The quality of the dishes, the variety offered, and the care put into the presentation made every meal a wonderful experience. Equally impressive was the friendliness and attentiveness of the entire hotel staff. Every team member treats guests with genuine kindness and makes sure you feel completely comfortable throughout your stay. However, we would especially like to recognize Irene at the Front Desk, who made an unforgettable difference during our stay. Due to a canceled flight, we suddenly found ourselves in a very difficult and stressful situation. Irene handled everything with remarkable professionalism, dedication, and kindness. She was always available for us, took the time to help with every detail, and truly did everything possible to assist us. Thanks to her incredible support, what could have been a very stressful experience turned back into a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Irene made us feel that we were not just guests, but truly cared for. Her willingness to help, her organizational skills, and her calm, solution-oriented attitude are truly outstanding. In our opinion, Irene represents the hotel in the best possible way. Her professionalism, commitment, and genuine care for guests are exceptional. We truly believe she deserves a leadership position within the hotel, as people with this level of dedication to hospitality are rare. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Canopy by Hilton Mahé. The outstanding service, the fantastic food, and the genuine warmth of the staff made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return anytime.
