Canopy by Hilton Seychelles

Very disappointing experience at Canopy by Hilton Seychelles. I checked in yesterday, and unfortunately the experience so far has been terrible, especially at the main restaurant. The staff were rude and made us feel uncomfortable several times. What upset me the most was being sent back to my room THREE times because of a dress code that was never explained during check-in. Apparently, even at a beach resort, you cannot wear a dress if a little bit of your swimsuit is visible. I travel a lot and have stayed in luxury resorts around the world, and I have never experienced something so unreasonable and embarrassing. If such strict rules exist, guests should be informed properly upon arrival instead of being repeatedly humiliated. The saddest part is that I still have 3 more days left here, and after paying so much money for this vacation, I honestly don’t know how I’m supposed to enjoy the rest of my stay. Definitely not the level of hospitality expected from a Hilton property.

Amazing energy and environment. The staff is great !! Super friendly and always welcoming. We loved the food , the breakfast is great ! With a lot of variety. I recommend this hotels 100%. Also is so beautiful and has great views.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel last week. Everywhere you go from the front desk, bell staff, breakfast attendants and the Sega Bar staff were all SOOO friendly from start to finish. The hotel is right next to a beach that does vary quite a bit with the tides so may be verryy shallow with barely any water (great for young kids) or a knee high in higher tides. The pool was huge and had lots of shallow platforms for young kids. As a gold member I was given an amazing upgrade (thank you so much to the staff - this was so much appreciated and NEEDED for my last day in Seychelles!!) and also a little booklet which offered a free cocktail and a spa discount. The room was impeccable. Everything was tastefully decorated and spacious. The cocktails and pizza from Sega Bar were also quite good and generous in portion. I used the gym a couple times and it is small but clean with lots of equipment. The breakfast spread did not disappoint, and I really loved the local touches like the smoked fish and local fruits. For kids there is also Bounty Seekers, a kids club, although I didn't travel with kids this time and it was closed when I went to see it. They did seem to have quite a large secured area with many toys for young kids and soft play. For breakfast there was a "kids corner" full of popcorn, cotton candy, cup cakes, sweets and chicken nuggets for kids - not exactly healthy but it was a nice gesture to make families feel welcome. I literally have no complaints because everything was perfect. I can't wait to stay here again!!

Our stay at Canopy by Hilton Seychelles was truly wonderful. The property is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located to enjoy the charm of Seychelles. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff—warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. A special thanks to Chef Vishal and his team for preparing an outstanding Indian meal for our group. The authenticity, taste, and personal attention were simply remarkable. A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

First of all i would like to thank Annie the receptionist and irine the manager this is why i will definetly come back.These two are the kind of people you need ,customer oriented and friendly.I highly recommend Annie as a supervisor as she demonstrate the quality and from my point of you she is a role model for others who wish to join canopy hotel.
