Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton on Mahé was simply exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, we felt the special atmosphere of this hotel – warm, professional, and with a level of service that truly goes above and beyond. The food at the hotel was outstanding. The quality of the dishes, the variety offered, and the care put into the presentation made every meal a wonderful experience. Equally impressive was the friendliness and attentiveness of the entire hotel staff. Every team member treats guests with genuine kindness and makes sure you feel completely comfortable throughout your stay. However, we would especially like to recognize Irene at the Front Desk, who made an unforgettable difference during our stay. Due to a canceled flight, we suddenly found ourselves in a very difficult and stressful situation. Irene handled everything with remarkable professionalism, dedication, and kindness. She was always available for us, took the time to help with every detail, and truly did everything possible to assist us. Thanks to her incredible support, what could have been a very stressful experience turned back into a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Irene made us feel that we were not just guests, but truly cared for. Her willingness to help, her organizational skills, and her calm, solution-oriented attitude are truly outstanding. In our opinion, Irene represents the hotel in the best possible way. Her professionalism, commitment, and genuine care for guests are exceptional. We truly believe she deserves a leadership position within the hotel, as people with this level of dedication to hospitality are rare. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Canopy by Hilton Mahé. The outstanding service, the fantastic food, and the genuine warmth of the staff made our stay unforgettable. Perfect location, wonderful services… friendly staff…

The hotel location is very nice, surrounded by green hills on one side and ocean bay on the other. The beach is nice for walking in sand and shallow water, but not good for swimming and snorkeling. However, a free shuttle is available that brings you to the sister hotel "Mango House", where you will find a very nice coral reef with many fish of all sizes, shapes, and colors. It was the best location for snorkeling we found on Mahe island. The property is nicely designed, with three pools, shaded beds around them (yes, there are comfortable mattress on them), beautiful palm alleys and wonderful lighting at night. The food is good both in the main restaurant and at the pool bar. You cannot have a better breakfast than at Canopy: a great choice of savory and sweet stuff, and also fruit in abundance. What touched us most was the friendliness and readiness to help by the stuff - at reception, in restaurants, shuttle drivers, room service - they were all great. We have nowhere been treated better! All in all, a highly recommended place to relax and recharge...
