We had a nice time in the resort, we could recommend it to anyone, couples or families. At the restaurant the service is kind and the food is tasty. Our favorite waitress, Nimal made our dinings even more enjoyable with lovely chats and good service.

The hotel management is so professional, the hotel location is amazing, the service is excellent. We went to the lounge and had Shisha, John was there serving, he was an amazing guy, we liked everything the service the atmosphere and the service. Thanks for the amazing time

I stayed at this property in July, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. The problems started with a fake upgrade. Before arrival, I received a Bonvoy notification confirming an upgrade to a suite. However, when we checked in, the reception staff insisted—incorrectly—that the room we were given was an upgrade, even though it was the exact room category we originally booked. I cannot understand why the hotel would offer an upgrade and then deny it at check‑in. If an upgrade cannot be honored, simply do not offer it. What is unacceptable is misleading guests and insisting on something that is not true. It raises serious concerns about whether upgrades are being withheld for preferred guests, acquaintances, or internal use. Unfortunately, the situation became even more serious. The hotel failed to maintain basic hygiene standards. We were provided with a baby cot that was heavily covered in mold, exposing our two‑year‑old child to unsafe conditions for several days. Our daughter experienced allergic reactions every time she slept in the cot, and we could not understand why. After consulting a doctor online, we were advised to inspect the environment, and that is when we discovered the mold. The photos clearly show the extent of the contamination, and it is alarming that housekeeping did not notice—or did not care. After escalating the issue, the cot was replaced, and the allergic reactions stopped immediately. However, the damage was already done: our child’s comfort and health were compromised due to negligence that should never occur in a hotel operating under the Marriott brand. I was not planning to write any external reviews, as I trusted Marriott Customer Service to investigate and address these issues directly. Unfortunately, Marriott ignored me for months. After one generic, scripted email asking for evidence—which I provided—there was no follow‑up, no accountability, and no resolution. Since Marriott chose not to respond, I am sharing my experience here so future guests can make informed decisions. If anyone from the Marriott quality team reads this review, I am more than willing to resend all documentation and photos. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. It does not meet Marriott standards, and Marriott appears uninterested in enforcing them. Stay here at your own risk.

The staff are friendly, helpful and next level. Super attentive and always a step ahead. The hotel is clean, great amenities. - Afternoon tea is a lovely addition - Poolside is great - Enough beach beds available - Food quality is great and different varieties available daily (one of the days there were only pork sausages at breakfast and the chef prepared an alternative for me.) This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. The hotel is brand new, part of Marriott Brand, and in front of one of the best beaches in Mahe. The breakfest is delicious and beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, and clear kayak glass botton are included. The only downside is the fact the hotel is significantly far from the ferry port. Therefore, if you want to do island hopping, you might need to leave way early to avoid Mahe traffic. Other than that, no complains. I would definitelly stay there again.
