Excellent stay at the Laila resort. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shout out to John who was always warm, courteous and timely with the afternoon tea. The rooms were well provisioned and the hotel beach across the street was uncrowded and convenient. There's mellow music every evening around the excellent pool. Kafe Kreole by the beach has shared ownership and offers great food.

Amazing service from the front desk to the rooms. Music during the day and jazz at nyt was rocking!! Super clean :) the public areas and the rooms Amenities are great...and we really appreciate the extra efforts from the hotel for the drinking water so we can spend more at the bar ;) Food was delicious. Location central...and love the vibes in the area!! Especially loved the cocktails, friendliness of staff and extra mile of service with a smile by Andrew at the pool bar!!! 10 stars for Andrew!! 🌟 🤩 Value for money and can't wait to come back

From time we checked in till we left all smiles and 5 star experiences. John & Andrew you were absolutely amazing . Both went over and abovw with their services. You both are truly passionate and assets to Laila! Keep it up! Check in staff absolutely courteous and enthusiastic. A huge thanks to Rusheen, Veronicah Debbie & Kenny. Rusheen is extremely hard working and very understanding. We thank you. Breakfast staff Marcia, Erica you were absolutely stunning in attitude and very helpful to cater all our needs with Chef Ankit and Hari to go over and beyond. Ahmed the head of security always smiling and welcoming to all his guests! Truly laila is laila at 5* due to its fantastic team! Forever grateful and thank you once again.

Our stay at laïla was so much better than we even expected. The resort and beach are picture perfect, but what you don't see in the photos is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They are the epitome of empathy and customer service. We were especially impressed by Dean and Debbie at reception, Nimal and Pankaj in the main restaurant, Angelo at the poolside bar, the general manager himself, and many others whose names we didn't always catch. This resort is gorgeous and comfortable in so many ways, but what we found hardest to say goodbye to were the people who pour their positive energy into making it such a remarkable place. We would recommend laïla to everyone, and we can't wait to return someday. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made our stay so memorable. 💗 We miss you already.

A beautiful experience. Cleanliness was great and the amenities were great. Hassle free check in check out. Rooms were great with lots of Extra pillows . The bars were the best and the service by John was exceptional. Definitely come back.
