This is an excellent hotel on Mahe Island. Hotel is under Marriott umbrella holding all the standards. Located quite close to the airport, fantastic beach just cross the street. The room was specious, good breakfast and very good restaurant on the beach, Kafe Kreol Cafe & Restaurant. Sun beds and umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards available free of charge for hotel guests. Hotel also organizes a trip to Victoria twice a week. Worth taking considering reasonable price and convenience. Staff very nice, supportive and attentive. Strongly recommend!

Themba was the awesome-est bar tender! Makes the best French 75 on the island and always does it w the biggest most genuine smile! Highly recommend!

Great staff that helped with our stay. They took care of our check in seamlessly. we had a ton of luggage and the staff was super helpful.

My stay at Hotel Laila in the Seychelles was a very positive experience overall. The hotel is well maintained and offers a pleasant combination of modern comfort and relaxed island atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped, providing a comfortable place to unwind after a day out. The entire property feels calm and organized, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the surroundings. What stood out most during our stay was the consistently attentive service. The staff were professional, approachable, and genuinely focused on ensuring guests felt welcome. A special thank you to Andrew (Bar) who mixes the best cocktails and also with his friendly and relaxed manner. He clearly enjoys what he does and creates a welcoming atmosphere in the evenings. I would also like to mention Pankaj (Restaurant Supervisor) and John (waiter) in the restaurant, who provided reliable and courteous service throughout my stay. They were attentive without being intrusive and handled everything efficiently, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. In addition, compliments to Ankit in the kitchen. The food was consistently well prepared and nicely presented. The menu offered good variety, and the quality remained high across different meals. Overall, Hotel Laila offers a comfortable and well-managed stay with a strong service culture. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the Seychelles and would be happy to return in the future.
