I had an absolutely fantastic and joyful stay throughout my entire trip in Singapore, and every moment exceeded all my expectations. I want to give special praise to Helen, the staff member who handled our check-in. She was extremely thoughtful, warm and genuinely nice from the second we stepped into the hotel. She patiently explained every important detail about our stay, shared plenty of practical tips for ordering local food delivery, and gave us thorough guidance regarding hotel amenities and surrounding information. The best surprise of all was that she generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade with zero extra charges. The upgraded room was far more spacious and cozy than the one we originally booked, which made our accommodation experience so much better. The hotel boasts a prime location, pleasant atmosphere and well-maintained rooms, delivering outstanding value for money. Our trip to Universal Studios Singapore was definitely the highlight of the whole vacation. We met countless warm, friendly and helpful locals and park staff there. Many kind strangers volunteered to take photos for us, happily posed for group shots alongside us, and patiently gave us detailed advice on ride queues, show schedules and the best photo spots around the park. Their genuine hospitality made our day at the theme park seamless and full of fun. From the incredibly caring check-in staff Helen to the lovely strangers we met at Universal Studios Singapore, every single person we crossed paths with in Singapore was polite, accommodating and full of kindness. All these small, heartwarming moments made our entire trip happy, relaxing and deeply memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and Singapore as a travel destination to all visitors, and I cannot wait to return to Singapore again soon!

very convenient location (1-min walk away from the DT line) rooms are clean and clear; great vibes personally like the pool and gym quiet, sometimes noisy when other customers talking in the corridor Helen is great at offering her warm welcomes and thoughtful service overall, satisfied~
