Hotel Mi Rochor

This is a great hotel situated near MTR station. Very clean. Baggage Porters are very helpful. Breakfast good. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Beds comfortable . Good budget hotel .excellent air con Very pleased I could arrange a late checkout due to evening flight , cost of this is reasonable , only downside is not being able to arrange this in advance , appreciate hotel can be very busy. Unfortunately when we arrived we were unable to arrange check in earlier than 1pm and we were absolutely exhausted after 14 hour flight, hotel was very busy and they did help with luggage storage. Reception staff were helpful

The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Singapore, making it very convenient for getting around and seeing the main sights. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the pool area was a lovely place to relax and escape the heat. There are a few areas where improvements could be made. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, as we found long hairs in the shower and on the floor upon arrival. The in-room water filter tap, while a nice idea, was extremely slow and just a trickle and made filling water bottles quite time-consuming. Additionally, only one fairly thick, firm pillow was provided per person. This may suit some guests, but having alternative pillow options would greatly improve comfort for those who prefer something softer or thinner, like myself who struggled to sleep with it. We also felt that the breakfast offering was somewhat limited given the price. Overall, we had a very good stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel, but these issues prevented us from giving it a full 5-star rating.

The check in went smoothly and Rusydi was very cable and nice. He answered all our questions. The rooms can be very small, but are clean and have AC. The location is great with easy access to public transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers great value for money.
