Hotel Mi Rochor

Best customer service experience. Kudos to Adrian. Friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Location is convenient, nearby Rochor MRT. Staffs are friendly. Specially thanks to Ms Indah for the assistance to let us check in earlier and free upgrade to city view room.

The Hotel Mi Rocher is a wonderful hotel. Great people, great service across the board - no complaints only complements. The hotel is located on the DTL (Downtown Line) which is a small station but with connectors to the other lines everywhere - so it’s incredibly easy to get around Singapore - and it’s only 200 yards from the hotel. When we flew into Singapore - we used Grab which was the ride-sharing service as Uber is not available in Singapore. However, Grab worked just as well and maybe it’s cheaper as the Grab ride from the airport to the hotel was only $24 SGD. After that - it was all subways (trains). There is so much to do in Singapore and the Hotel Mi Rocher is ideally located. But back to the hotel - the hotel is safe and very clean. However, the rooms are small but efficient. The rooms includes a small fridge, and there is filtered water in the bathroom - which is useful for refilling your own water bottle. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The only complaint about the room is that there are really no drawers to unpack your luggage, however, you can hangup your clothes. Daily room service is very good - and lastly the front-desk staff are excellent. The pool looks lovely but we never tried it - however, they have a self serve laundry (launderette) which is easy to use and is available 24 hours a day - so most convenient. When you are out and about in Singapore with the heat - you sweat - so it was nice to do my own wash at my own convenience as they have two washers and two dryers - and they offer laundry detergent by the machines. Again - all self-serve - just exchange your bills for $1 SGD coins at the front desk - and the cost is $5/machine. The two staff members who stood out were James and Rusydi - both helpful when I arrived to the hotel and during my stay. Since I was on a much different time-zone - I met James at night - and he was most helpful telling me where I could get meals and groceries. Rusydi was most helpful when I needed something delivered and something picked up - so it was great that I could trust him to deliver those services. Both are hardworking hotel employees - and I noticed all the employees in the hotel work very hard without exception. That’s it - a 10 out of 10 for the Hotel Mi Rochor :-)

convenient location close to Rochor MRT just requiring crossing the road and there’s a bit of roadworks at the moment but you couldn’t hear that from the hotel Check-in staff, super friendly they also allowed me an early check-in which was much appreciated and a few hours extra on checkout- thanks Rusydi Room super new and clean with filtered water on tap The bed was probably a bit too firm for my liking, but that’s just preference We definitely stay again
