Thank you for giving the best experience to us, when we are there. We had a great time and felt warm-welcomed by the team especially Mihai and Eimon. They had assisted during our check in and make sure everything is in order for us. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and room cleanliness is top-notch, which is a peace of mind for us. The service is really amazing, when we head down to their breakfast at Embu. We are welcomed by team and Radiance has ushered us in. She is so sweet and lovely. She walked us in and shared the layout of the buffet with us. She also offered us a place, where we can enjoyed the breakfast quietly, if you needed. It is really impressive. The selection is really wide and we are spoilt with choices. The Kaya toast is a must try dish, if you are there. Definitely will be back again for staycation. Thank you once again for creating a memorable stay for us.

AMAZING service and facilities! My husband and I just couldn't stop saying how much we enjoyed our stay (and the Club floor access) to all our friends and family. We would love to stay again at this Mandarin or ANY other one we can in the future!!

Had an excellent visit for our anniversary. Booked through Amex FHR. The Concierge/Staff reached out shortly after booking the hotel which was great. We used them to help us book dinner and provide recommendations on places to visit which really helped. They've put together an excellent guide and can provide additional support. We had breakfast buffet included which was mind blowingly good. The staff was always attentive and the selection was so good. It provided a lot of options for lactose intolerant folks which i appreciated. I would highly recommend doing breakfast there. Gym was also excellent. They had a good selection of machines and was always clean. They also offer complimentary workout classes, we did do it but nice to see it offered. We went to the pool once and it was crowded but we also went at like 3pm so perhaps not surprising. Wish we had another day to enjoy the pool in the morning cause it's an excellent view from the hotel and the pool and seats are great. We did not do dinner here but went to the bar a couple times. Have to say their version of the Singapore Sling blew my mind. It was the best one i've had. Focusing on the room, we were really happy with the size. We had a great view of the marina. It always smelled refreshing when we entered. It was always clean and they always restocked ammenities as needed. I really enjoyed the daily calm notes. They provide these notes to help you recenter and provide gratitude. Overall we would easily book this hotel again on our next trip. The attentiveness of the staff, cleanliness, and just overall experience was probably one of the best we've ever had.

We recently stayed at the MO Singapore for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and what an experience we had. From the moment you arrive the service is exemplary from all members of staff. We especially have to say a massive thank you to all of the team in Haus 65 for being so welcoming, accommodating and making our stay one we will never forget.

A special thanks to the Embu team for a truly wonderful 89th birthday celebration for our mom. From the warm welcome by Ganes ensuring that we were nicely seated, to Loren who were attentive, pleasant and patient in serving our table. The excellent spread of cuisines was accompanied by friendly chefs. Our family would like to say our warm thanks to the Embu team for your excellent service and hospitality. We will indeed be back for the 90th birthday for mom 😍❤️
