I was attracted to this hotel for its beautiful architecture and beautiful pool. The lobby was hot because it didn't have air conditioning. I booked the Pacific Club Balcony Loft and my Titanium status give benefit for 2 level upgrade. I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a suite, and they said they would find one. It turned out in the Cloud Terrace Suite. Pan Pacific Orchard has three sections: the beach terrace (overlooking the pool), the garden terrace (overlooking the green garden), and the cloud terrace (the top floor facing the hall). Upon check-in, guests were given Sanrio drawing toys for children. Other benefits include breakfast from 7-10:30, afternoon tea from 3-5, evening cocktails and canapés from 6-8, and a complimentary minibar. Because I stayed on Singapore's 60th anniversary, I received a $60 food credit and a 60-minute body bliss massage. Upon entering my room, wine was immediately served on the table. Having been upgraded to a suite, the room felt quite spacious. The interior features soft colors, dominated by wood, gray wallpaper, and glass. The metal furniture is finished in a shining gold, so the luxury is in the details. The living room has a bench for putting on shoes. The pantry contains a minibar, coffee maker, hot and cold water dispenser, and a zink. There's a sofa for watching TV and an armchair. In the sleeping area, although the suite is open, it's connected to the living room without a partition, with only the bed. The bed is comfy. The curtains and sheer curtains are controlled by buttons, no need for manual controls. There's a balcony with a sofa bed, which is very comfortable for relaxing. Being on a higher floor, it gets quite windy. For privacy, there's an electric roller blind that can be closed. It's very convenient for working. The bathroom is very spacious, with a double vanity, wardrobe, bathtub, and a closet with a heated and electric seat. The shower has a rain shower. For amenities, Jo Loves scents mango thai lime. The pool is also a great addition, semi-indoor, but cool and unique, especially when lit at night. To create a beachy feel, and sandbags are also placed along the edge. There's also a gym overlooking the pool. If you book a room with beach club access on the terrace, it's definitely fun because there's seating outside your room and you can dive straight into the pool. Afternoon tea is served in the Pacific Club Lounge. The menu includes juice, chocolate mousse cake, strawberry Swiss roll, prawn wonton, truffle egg sandwich, tuna croissant, foie gras sandwich, fruit, and cookies. It's not only beautiful, but also delicious. Evening cocktails include bread, antipasti, cheese, cold cuts, salad, taro balls, chicken wings, scallop dumplings, veggie fried rice, rum baba, brownies, Earl Grey orange cake, and various cocktails and mocktails. The taste is quite good. Afternoon tea is better. Evening cocktails are available outdoors for those with children; the indoor option is for adults only. Back in the room, we were given a cake, which was a decent size and also delicious. Breakfast is served in both the lounge and the Mosella restaurant. I naturally chose the Mosella restaurant to see what they had to offer. The restaurant was bustling, the place was beautiful, the atmosphere was great, and the natural lighting combined with the mood lighting was also nice. The food was okay, the variety was good, and the pastry displays were beautiful. Menu: 1. Croissant, muffin, cake, waffle, pancake, donut, pastry, coffee bun, bread and butter pudding 2. Pao, fried noodles, fried rice, turmeric nasi lemak, noodle station, laksa, and chicken 3. Ratatouille, broccoli, potato, sausage, bacon, egg, lo han cai, sesame ball, canai, samosa 4. Congee, fruit, cereal, yogurt, pudding, cheese, cold cuts, bagel, honey, salad

This place is truly otherworldly and perfectly captures the whole vibe of Singapore. This seamless blend of absolute luxury and massive, lush nature. Right from the moment you pull up, the exterior completely grabs your attention. The architecture is stunning, built around these open-air, themed climate blocks where massive columns are entirely wrapped in thriving greenery. It easily ranks as one of my favorite hotel stays ever, not just because the design is flawless, but because of their absolute commitment to luxury and deep relaxation. One of the best things about the property is how quiet, secluded, and peaceful it feels. The second you cross the property line, it feels like a total sanctuary making it the absolute perfect spot for anyone looking to just unwind and relax. The pool setup is incredible. It’s massive, overlooks the city skyline, and has tons of lounge space to just wind down. It was especially cool seeing the ground-level rooms that have private balconies leading right out into the water. For anyone looking to stay active, the on-site gym is very nice and has the essentials you need to get a great workout in while away. A really great feature is that it actually overlooks the pool area, which makes for an awesome view while you're training. Why not go in for a quick dip too? Speaking of the rooms, the tech integration here is major. Everything is streamlined and high-tech, featuring automatic curtains and blinds, bedside lighting controls, and plenty of well-placed outlets. The layout is designed perfectly for privacy, too. I loved that you could completely close off the balcony with automatic blinds whenever you wanted your own space. Plus, the view looking out over the beautifully landscaped terraces is gorgeous. They even have a built-in filtered water machine right inside the room, which was an amazing, convenient touch especially in that heat. To top it all off, the staff here were more than accommodating and incredibly friendly throughout the entire stay. If you want a trip that feels premium, serene, and completely connected to nature, this is the spot. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
