Good stay for few days and excellent service by staff Mike!!!

Room is nice and cozy, amazing first time experience. Mike at the reception was super friendly and helpful with my requests. All in all good service and atmosphere. Will be back.

rooms are very clean and well kept upon entering! located near mrt which is super easy to navigate. value might be pricy is definitely worth it. atmosphere is chill with no noise level which is fantastic!! amenities given are enough and good. the service from the staff is very friendly which makes the experience more great! had one staff tht we met at the front counter called mike who helped us, is very approachable and nice. overall great experience and wld love to come here again

One of my favourite hotels in Singapore. The staff are amazing! Especially Kris who took the time to share his life stories with us and made us the most amazing tea I've ever tasted. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at The Clan Hotel Singapore and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service we received throughout our stay. We were very happy and satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. We would especially like to acknowledge Mr. Kris Tan, who served us tea and refreshments in the lobby. He greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to assist us. He kindly showed us places of interest on the map and recommended excellent dining options, which made our visit to Singapore even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. Our room and bathroom were always spotlessly clean and well maintained. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The reception staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. In addition, the buffet was wonderful, with a great selection and quality of food. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant experience.
