I stayed 3 nights at The Clan Hotel and the place was consistently clean the whole time. The staff were genuinely helpful and always assisted us nicely without any hassle. The location made everything easy since it’s near pretty much everything you’d want to get to around the area

Absolutely perfect location close to Chinatown, Downtown, Riverside and MBS. MRT at the doorstep. View from the rooftop infinity pool spectacular. Atmosphere classy and upscale but also very personal with lovely touches that make you feel valued, not just another customer. The room was quiet and dark, spacious enough for even a long stay, and with a small area to sit and eat or write, and all the amenities we could want. The service was impeccable with extra thanks to Ivan, for looking after us so well, to Nadia for a lively tailored personal tour, and Kris for being so generous with his time and tea.

We had a lovely stay at The Clan Hotel in Singapore as a flight stop over for 2 nights travelling from the UK back to Australia. The staff were welcoming, helpful and accommodating to our queries and requests. Our room on the 7th floor and had an amazing view, very comfortable beds and pillows, great shower... and weird..... we even loved the toilet with the warm seat :). The pool and spa were also an amazing and welcoming pass time for weary travellers. Most impressive and memorable though was our Hotel Host, IVAN. We first met Ivan at the morning tea ceremony which was very traditional and interesting. From then on Ivan was extremely helpful, friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable, which it was. Excellent location within easy walking distance of the bay areas and Chinatown. Kris was extremely welcoming, knowledgable and guided us through local places to visit, specialty dishes of the region and where to eat and the history of Singapore. The tea ceremony was a pleasant introduction to the customs of Asia.
