The Clan Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality

My wife and I stayed in Room 713 for six nights, starting from Tuesday, June 16. I am writing to express our sincere gratitude to you and your team for the exceptional and professional service we received. From the front door staff to the housekeepers, every single member of your team was polite and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. All the receptionists were incredibly helpful—special thanks to Mike and John, who assisted us personally. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Walking Tour guided by Nadia and Sherlyn on Wednesday, June 17. They were very friendly and provided insightful explanations about everything we saw. It was a truly relaxing, enjoyable, and invaluable hour. In addition, Ivan kindly hosted a Tea Ceremony for us. We had a wonderful time chatting with him over the delicious Nanyang Ritual Tea he prepared. Our stay was truly memorable, largely thanks to the warm interactions with your team. Our stay at The Clan was perfect. We loved the location and made good use of the rooftop pool. Master Kris made us tea and was a wealth of local knowledge.

Had a pleasant check-in experience with Sufi. It was me and my partner's first time booking The Clan Hotel for a short staycation to getaway and spend time together. Thankful for Sufi for making our experience extra special as he surprised us with an upgrade on the spot. The view from our room was amazing. Part of the reason as to why we booked here was because I love large windows to sightsee and The Clan Hotel definitely served well in this point. The teas and drinks were all complimentary for the first round. I read a good review about "The Ritual" teabag, and I totally understand what that guest meant when they mentioned it was one of the best tea they have tried. It was light and fragrant, soothing to the throat. Definitely a must try during your stay. I also "ordered" 2 different pillows from their pillow menu, the sidesleeper and the body U comfort. I really enjoyed sleeping using the body U comfort. It was firmer than the pillow provided, and it mimicks a "bolster" as well. The toilet was huge. Comes with a built-in bidet system, and a large shower head/rain shower. This is the first hotel that I've been to that had such a huge and accomodating shower room. I didn't have to be wary that I will accidentally bump into the glass door or walls while showering. The controls for the lights and aircondition was straight forward. Just to note that power socket was only available on one side of the bed. However, I believe guests can unplug the nightstand lamp, or to use a longer cable. Other than that, if charging phone next to you while you sleep is not an issue, then this would not be a problem at all. Location of the hotel is super convenient. It is just a junction away from Telok Ayer MRT station, and also a walking distance away from Lau Pasat & Chinatown. Highly recommended.

Ivan greeted us in line and was super friendly and remembered my name every time he saw me for the next two days. The entire staff was also very friendly. Location is top notch; short walking distance to great restaurants and pubs. Super close to Metro station as well and bike rental right across the street. Atmosphere was mellow and relaxing. They serve tea and hot towel in the waiting area. Rooms were very nice with excellent view. Beds super comfortable with high end sheets. Heated toilet seats and rainforest shower outline what a nice place this is 30th floor Infiniti pool was slightly small but still amazing at the end of a hot day of sightseeing Honestly, for all you get, this is an excellent value, considering the location, super clean, luxurious rooms with a great view and infinity pool. Kinda hard to beat. I would definitely stay there again.
