The Clan Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality

I had a wonderful stay at The Clan Hotel Singapore. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Mike, who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Singapore and only about a 2-minute walk from Telok Ayer MRT. There are plenty of great breakfast spots and cafés nearby, and Chinatown is within walking distance. The infinity pool and fitness center were absolutely amazing, especially during sunset. The city skyline views were breathtaking. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well designed. There were plenty of power outlets, which was super convenient, and the rain shower had excellent water pressure. I stayed on the 23rd floor, and the panoramic city views were stunning both during the day and at night. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100/100 – I highly recommend The Clan Hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. I would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed four nights at the Clan Hotel. I read that some of the rooms were small, so I booked us a Grand Premier Room, and it was fantastic! The room had a nice big comfy bed, plenty of room for all of our luggage, huge windows with a beautiful view of the city, and a lovely bathroom with shower and tub. The location of this hotel is great, close to many hawker centers, train stations, and other attractions. Breakfast was a bit lackluster and could be improved with more options. The pool requires reservations for a chair, but not for the actual pool. Since we did not need a chair, this this not impact us. However, even in very hot weather, the pool was rather cold and would be much more enjoyable if it was heated up a bit more. There is also a hot tub, so we went back and forth between the two to heat up and then cool down.

Great stay! Friendly staff, especially Mike, who was incredibly helpful and made check-in a breeze. The hotel is very clean, and the location is super convenient—close to transport, dining, and sights. Perfect for a hassle-free trip. Would definitely return.

Very energetic team of persons. There is one I don’t recall his name, led breakfast arrangement during lobby then to my room very timely. Mike is great too, who I meet another day. Very helpful with my request. The team’s cheerfulness (however somber I may appear) lifts the mood. I hope they keep it up.
