Wyndham Singapore Hotel

Clean rooms, friendly staff.

I recently stayed at Wyndham Singapore and had a generally positive experience, but there is one major issue that significantly impacted my stay. On the positive side, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is clean, the facilities are decent for the price point, and while the bathrooms are on the smaller side, they are functional and well-maintained. Water pressure was excellent, which is always appreciated after a long day. The location is also outstanding and easily one of the hotel’s strongest selling points, with convenient access to transportation, dining, and key areas of the city. My main concern is the lack of soundproofing in the room. I was assigned a room on the 12th floor of the South Tower facing the fire station, and the noise levels were surprisingly high. Sirens and street noise were clearly audible throughout the day and night, making it difficult to get consistent sleep. On my second day, before leaving for work, I called the front desk and requested a room transfer. The staff member I spoke with was polite and said they would look into it and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up, and because my work schedule became busy, I did not have the opportunity to pursue it further. That resulted in two additional nights of disrupted sleep. I want to emphasize that this is not a criticism of the staff, who were excellent throughout my stay. However, the hotel should seriously consider addressing the soundproofing in rooms facing the fire station, or at the very least be more proactive in accommodating guests who experience issues with noise. Overall, Wyndham Singapore has many strengths, particularly its location and service, but the noise issue was significant enough that I would think carefully about staying in a room facing the fire station again.

I appreciate the recommendation from Nick, Premala, and Jack. The view is widespread and room is spacious for a couple. What is particular, if you like futsal, the rooftop of the front building is a futsal court. This would be a great place to explore Singapore.

Exceptional Hospitality from Kalai We had a wonderful family stay at Wyndham Singapore. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of Marina Bay Sands, especially at night when the city skyline lights up beautifully. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the facilities were well maintained.
