Wyndham Singapore Hotel

From the moment I approached the front desk, I was assisted by Kimberly, and she truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. What stood out most was her genuine, friendly nature she didn’t just process my check-in, she made me feel truly welcome. It is rare to encounter such sincere hospitality, and her professionalism and warmth were greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Thank you, Kimberly, for your excellent care. The service is superb, from the doorman to the front desk and the restaurant. Julie and Kimberly of front desk are very accommodating. The restaurant manager is very attentive to customers. The buffet breakfast is great and offers a wide selection. The view from my windows is spectacular.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel overall. From the moment I checked in, everything felt smooth and well-managed. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was clear that the facilities are taken good care of. I also liked how calm and well-kept the common areas were it made the whole stay feel more relaxing. What made the biggest difference, though, was the service. Kimberly and Shine were especially great. They were both very friendly and approachable, and every time I had a question or needed something, they handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. It didn’t feel forced or overly formal just genuinely helpful, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience here. The hotel itself is solid in every way, but the staff really made it stand out. I’d definitely come back and would recommend it to others.
