We had a wonderful 5-day stay during our trip to Singapore and would absolutely return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to City Hall MRT making it easy to get around. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Kimberly, Premala, and Shine for their warm hospitality and attentive service.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and everything exceeded our expectations. The room, facilities, and overall service were excellent. Especially, James was extremely helpful and made our stay wonderful. He kindly upgraded our room and did his best to accommodate all our requests. He also left notes for the following staff regarding our extended stay, which saved us a lot of time. He thoughtfully explained details such as Wi-Fi and breakfast as well. We were very satisfied with the stay.

Nick at the front desk was amazing! Not only is he super handsome, but he’s also incredibly helpful. We had an extra person join us last minute and needed to change our room. Nick tried several different options and finally found us a great room that fit everyone perfectly. Huge thanks to Nick for saving our trip!
