Hotel Park

We visit hotel Park almost every year for the last 15 years. It’s always a welcoming experience, because of the great staff, clean rooms and various food. The atmosphere is cozy and full of memorable moments. Inside and outside you can find fun activities and peace for the entire family.

Hotel Park's location on Lake Bled and the view from the room was stunning. I contacted the hotel 12months prior to arrival with questions for the staff, from this contact and up until we checked out I found them to be very accommodating, friendly, informative and spoke good English. I booked a Lakeview Double Room (room 240 with a balcony) as I wanted that iconic view. I was not disappointed with stunning views of the lake, Bled Island, Bled Castle and St Martin's Church. The hotel was in walking distance of Bled Castle and St Martin's Church and the jetty for the pletna to Bled Island is just infront of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and views of the Lake were available from some seating areas. The room was clean with a shower over the bath. Sunset and sunrise were just magical from this location. On-site parking was available at the hotel. I would recommend staying at Hotel Park when visiting Bled.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Good linens. Good hot water in shower with nice water pressure. Lakeside rooms have a balcony- buy be sure to ask for a room thT the view of the lake is not obstructed by a tree. The staff was very noisy in the wee hours of the morning at the service doors- so ask for a room away from that unless you like to wKe up before 5 or 6am. The restaurant is good. Breakfast has a very nice spread with many option. Great lication- besides the lake view- there are shops and restaurants all around I recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in the area.

My stay was disappointing from start to finish. Some of the shower gel and shampoo were already used, and a cleaning lady entered my room while I was in the bathroom. The staff were generally unwelcoming; no one ever smiled or made me feel genuinely received/welcomed. The touristic informations at reception were inaccurate which caused me to waste precious time during my excursions, the mattress extremely uncomfortable, and breakfast is abundant of industrial products. I was also charged extra for both the spa and parking, even though this was not clearly mentioned anywhere. At check-out, when I said my stay hadn’t been pleasant, the receptionist showed no interest at all. Overall, I truly cannot justify the price I paid for such a disappointing experience even if the room and the view were very nice.

Really great hotel stay. We will be back. Luckily got a late booking on a lake view room. Stunning views over the lake, castle, island and really divine backdrop. Hotel probably has some of the best unencumbered views and great access to lake. The service was great, with space and capability to manage tour groups and independent travellers alike. Room great amenities and very comfortable. A strong recommend.
