Excellent hotel Everything you’d want from a short city break Clean, well maintained hotel Pool area absolutely fantastic Restaurant and staff brilliant

Visited for 2 nights on a solo trip, felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Immaculately clean hotel. I stayed in room 126 which had a view over the port. Can’t comment on food & drink as I was room only. Lovely pool area, small pool / sundeck but was always plenty of loungers available as the hotel seemed quiet when I was there. Best thing about it was the location, perfect for exploring the city & a 10 minute walk to the bus station & beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great central location facing the sea in Almeria. The Reception staff was friendly and responsive to my request for a partial sea view room, which came with a comfortable bed & linens. For some reason, the check-in and check-out processes were slow and time-consuming. I also noticed only 2 small elevators for such a big hotel, further downgrading the time-efficiency for guests at this hotel.

This hotel has a perfect location. You can visit the old town on foot but also the promenade. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is more than okay. Also dinner was nice, but could have been served warmer.

The Ohtels Gran was very well located in Almeria and provided easy access to all the sights around. The hotel had been modernised and the rooms were bright and clean and reasonably large many with great views. Staff were friendly and cooperative and overall a very good place to stay in Almeria. The hotel also had a very good pool area.
