Hotelové vybavení a zařízení vše ok.Wi-Fi na recepci zdarma.Aqvapark a 3 x bazén 100%.Restaurace slušná jídla se ale moc nestřídají.příplatek na in Exclusive nemá moc význam těch pár nápojů lze koupit i v supermarketu naproti hotelu.Pouze místní provenience (nic moc) Večery hlučná hudby z dětské animace a později k ránu řvaní a bitky Britských turistů,na něž se hotel zaměřuje.Ráno u bazénu krev zvratky rozbité lahve,které postupně dopoledne služba uklízí.Vzdálenost na pláž přes 2 km,tato je kamenitá velké oblázky. Cena je ok,ale příště raději jinam.Vyvarujte se vlaku velká zpoždění i přes 1,5 h,všude busem cena 1,5 E osoba směr (jednotný tarif)

Just returned from a week holiday with our grandsons , staff very friendly on arrival easy check-in, room good facing water park so great , only down side , alot to teenagers on a school trip on our block very nosies at night no adults supervision. good was good but need to improve children menu chicken nuggets ever day not great choice , staff were very friendly , entertment team were amazing day and night , can I say a special thankyou to Alex our grandson love him he didn't want to come home , would stay here again.

Where do I start our holiday was a nightmare! First time here! I emailed the hotel asking for block b as we thought to be close to pool for our autistic son as he struggles with toileting, we was not told at any point we would be sharing a block with the most rudest students I’ve ever met, ( when we checked in or before as a level of respect for paying guests they should have checked we would be ok or offered another room knowing our son special assistance) the first 5 days of our holiday was the worst experience I’ve even had anywhere kept up until 1-2am at night, security came out 2nd night and got laughed at after they left, 3rd night they patrolled so it did end just after midnight but by then the damage had been done the students knew we had complained they intimated my kids, they shushed us as we went past them everytime, they threw oranges around the block out of windows with no care with staff had to clear up its disgusting, they was hanging out of all windows all evening when you looked up going back to the room! they took over outside sitting areas in evenings I had to move my son one night as they got so close to his chair using in dancing he could of fell down the steps n no care no space awareness for other guests! Evil looks when ever they see us, teachers was hard to come by seemed to not care at all, The hotel at check in took my card details for damages which I found totally weird when your put students in block b meant to be new refurb smashing up and down stairs, doors banging what sounded like moving furniture every night they was there! We had flying ants come out of door frame lots of them which did get sprayed quick I’ll give them that but why is that happening because of the filthy way upstairs was living maybe I see the rubbish them cleaners got out of them rooms and it was lots I feel sorry for the cleaners all they had to do was put stuff in bins outside there is plenty of them about! The first few nights i complained I feel the reception staff was understanding saying sorry etc they said they tried to move us but couldn’t due to full and it would be a downgrade didn’t tell us how tho just felt like we had to accept this holiday is the way it was, they told the teachers to sort it and they didn’t it made the kids horrible to us! My kids was scared to sleep after the 3rd night we got a few stones chucked at our window we found stones on window ledge as shutter was open a bit which we didn’t do, I told reception at this point I felt I got a look of I was lieing or just complaining for sake of it I knew at that point our holiday was over no more help so just accept it!! The blue block toilets don’t have locks that work only one in the lady’s work, the communication from the hotel to us paying guests about changes with good nights was appalling we had no bbq no Italian nights like advertised we had street food which was so salty the sauce on chicken burger, bbq pork so dry! Oven cooked strips and cheese chilli poppers was the best thing we tried, every guest left dissapointed I see them!! Then smash burger night we didnt go to as same menu burgers again!! Students got a bbq tho!! We got told hotel wasn’t going to do foam party but people complained so they did, white party didn’t happen, the food was cold in the buffet and really not good at all most nights, my son struggled to eat very poor choice for kids our kids don’t live on nuggets like the hotel thinks they do! The entertainment staff at this hotel are by far a credit to this hotel and the best thing about it they are amazing with the resources they have! Not enough staff at this hotel to cope with guests and schools at same time We left unhappy, dissapointed and let down false advertised to be honest, jet 2 said the hotel should have done more and logged a complaint too! We felt less important than the schools with no thought and every guest who spoke to use felt the same. It’s such a shame for this hotel I feel your going to lose a lot of people over months that are not July and August as you seem to go all out then according to some reviews shame on the rest of us paying guests who come other months for same money but not same package deal.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The rooms are very old, outdated, and poorly maintained, far from what you would expect for a comfortable stay. The food quality was also very poor — everything was excessively oily and salty, with very little care shown in preparation or presentation. Definitely not enjoyable. What made the experience even worse was the atmosphere created by management. The general manager did not appear professional or welcoming at all. Seeing the person who is supposed to represent the hotel shouting and walking around reception angrily created a very uncomfortable environment for guests. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all. There are definitely much better options available.

The entertainment team in this place are amazing, do so much to get kids involved, best entertainment team I’ve ever experienced at a hotel
