Hotelové vybavení a zařízení vše ok.Wi-Fi na recepci zdarma.Aqvapark a 3 x bazén 100%.Restaurace slušná jídla se ale moc nestřídají.příplatek na in Exclusive nemá moc význam těch pár nápojů lze koupit i v supermarketu naproti hotelu.Pouze místní provenience (nic moc) Večery hlučná hudby z dětské animace a později k ránu řvaní a bitky Britských turistů,na něž se hotel zaměřuje.Ráno u bazénu krev zvratky rozbité lahve,které postupně dopoledne služba uklízí.Vzdálenost na pláž přes 2 km,tato je kamenitá velké oblázky. Cena je ok,ale příště raději jinam.Vyvarujte se vlaku velká zpoždění i přes 1,5 h,všude busem cena 1,5 E osoba směr (jednotný tarif)

I read reviews & was worried but honestly the food & drink have been amazing. Travelling with family, I am vegetarian and there's plenty of choice for me & everyone, the snack bar is very good,the staff are welcoming & friendly, the children have loved the water park, the entertainment has been ok,the room could do with some TLC but are clean, luckily we are in a quiet area which is brilliant. Lots to do around hotel if you fancy stretching your legs, so far I have been very pleased with this holiday & would fully recommend it for families

The holiday itself was great albir is a lovely clean place with nice restaurants. The hotel has plenty to do and entertain the kids the water park very good for kids. Food although a small selection which kids found difficult what was there was very nice. Drinks good although ques a lot of the time. A self service area for soft drinks etc might help this out. The snack bar by the pool is probably the best I have come across whilst staying abroad. The let down was the room and cleanliness of the room. Hairs and ear buds found on room on arrival. Bits on floor and constant smell of urine. 2 occasions room wasn't cleaned and towels not changed had to report to reception. Rooms falling to bits and bathroom grubby. Overall we would come back as the kids enjoyed it and we had a good holiday once we blanked things out and got on with it. Im the hope it improves during the end of season period ready for next summer. From talking to people a lot of people had the same opinion regarding rooms.

Great hotel, ridiculous ques for drinks, more staff required badly day and night.

We've just returned from a week at this hotel. It was a good experience as far as staff, facilities and food were concerned but the accommodation really does need updating. We were four in a two-bedroomed appartment which was really quite cramped. The furniture was quite shabby, light fittings broken and the sink was partially blocked. There wasn't very much room to move around as the beds were very large. There was very little surface area available - nowhere to put a suitcase to open it and then store it. However, the cleaning staff were excellent and we had fresh sheets every day. The food was excellent and very varied and the staff in the restaurant and reception were very helpful, although it was extremely noisy in the restaurant, probably due to the tiled surfaces and constant noise from the scraping of the chairs on the floor surface. I would not recommend this hotel for older people. Its very busy and noisy. My grandchildren loved all the water facilities and the varied food.
