Hotelové vybavení a zařízení vše ok.Wi-Fi na recepci zdarma.Aqvapark a 3 x bazén 100%.Restaurace slušná jídla se ale moc nestřídají.příplatek na in Exclusive nemá moc význam těch pár nápojů lze koupit i v supermarketu naproti hotelu.Pouze místní provenience (nic moc) Večery hlučná hudby z dětské animace a později k ránu řvaní a bitky Britských turistů,na něž se hotel zaměřuje.Ráno u bazénu krev zvratky rozbité lahve,které postupně dopoledne služba uklízí.Vzdálenost na pláž přes 2 km,tato je kamenitá velké oblázky. Cena je ok,ale příště raději jinam.Vyvarujte se vlaku velká zpoždění i přes 1,5 h,všude busem cena 1,5 E osoba směr (jednotný tarif)

A wonderful week away with my family. Upon our arrival, we were fitted with all inclusive bands instantly. Our room wasn't quite ready (2pm) and we were advised we could go in for some lunch or use the bar, it would be ready in an hour (it was). Room: Standard apartment in H block, a short walk away from main facilities. Clean, spacious, quieter location with views of the mountains from both sides. Our bedroom over looked the play park which, at times got a little rowdy on a night but not usually past 11pm. Facilities: Pool area: Not too busy, clean and well maintained, close to bars and snack bar. Pool side toilets: Could have been cleaner and more well maintained but there were other toilets to use. Poolside bar: Got busy at times but didn't seem to be waiting for long. Closed at 7pm. Snack bar: Brilliant for the most part, a little inconsistent day to day. Closed at 7pm. Indoor bar area: Clean, the bar itself did get quite busy but queue time was less than 10 mins at the most during busy periods on a night. Unfortunately there is only one bar open after 7pm. Entertainment: Outstanding. The animation team were incredible, the events they put on were brilliant and they put a lot of energy in to getting everyone involved. We didn't use the water park but everyone seemed to be having a great time in there. Reception team were helpful. Restaurant: The food was good enough. Some days it was better than others but there was a variety and there was always something, even if we didn't fancy the main. Location: close to amenities, other bars and restaurants and public transport.

So the rooms are dirty and umkept. They need a massive refurbishment. We are not fussy eaters ,but the restaurant is awful . Hot food is cold , not a great option of choices . Pool, water parks and bars are fantastic.

A fantastic hotel for families that successfully blends exciting family fun on a beautiful well maintained spotless resort. This is our 3rd holiday here and this resort along with Albir gets better each visit. Located in Albir, which is fast up and coming, just outside of Benidorm in easy proximity of attractions like MundoMar, Aqualandia, Benidorm centre and many more. The hotel all inclusive food and drink is fantastic. Known brands and theme nights every night including Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian, Mediterranean, Steak, and even Sunday Roast. Arguably the best well thought out all inclusive food offering in Benidorm, and the best from any hotel I have previously stayed at. Drinks are not capped, in decent size cups and include all brands like Malibu, Smirnoff. No cheap dodgy ripoffs. The landscape is well maintained, gardens are mowed very regularly, flowers tended to and any fault is fixed pronto. There are many staff constantly working around the resort and the cleaning and maintenance teams are fantastic along with the hard working bar staff. The blonde haired cleaning lady deserves special praise for friendliness. The entertainment teams are excellent, Harrison, Mani and the gangnam style specialist are all excellent. The friendliest hotel staff I have ever witnessed. The canteen staff also work very fast paced and are friendly too. The aqua park is fantastic along with the swimming pool with sunbeds plentiful even on a busy week. Some areas are showing a little neglect at the back of the hotel like the kids play area and the mini golf, but still functional and popular. Verdict: This is our 3rd visit and the hotel along with Albir has got better each time, it is clear to see profits are being reinvested back into the hotel which is correct. The rooms aren't moving forwards with the rest of the hotel though, beginning to look a little dated and should be the area of next reinvestment. The only blot on a spotless resort. With this in mind, I can only give the hotel 8.5/10. Refurbished rooms would take this hotel stratospherical, into an elite score of 9.7/10. Ashley/Amie & Kids H108 12/5/26 - 26/5/26

We stayed at this hotel from 10/5 for 9 nights. When we arrived we found the staff friendly and welcoming. On the first evening we had water coming from the apartment above, we reported this and immediately, the guest were moved and the next day they were installing a new shower. The food was nice plentiful and a good selection to meet a wide range of people. Most days they have themed evening meals which were delicious. We went to two events the street food evening and the bbq night. The street food evening was far too salty but the bbq was amazing. We were given a massive grill with a selection of meats on. I would return for this alone. I must say at both events the staff couldn’t do enough to serve you and give great service. Huge thank you to Georgio and Victoria. There were some unpleasant people at the hotel during our stay that were getting drunk and falling out with each other and we had a couple of nights our neighbours were having rows late into the morning but that is the fault of the British not the hotel. You would experience this at most holiday parks in the uk. The entertainment team worked very hard, although a bit too loud on the speakers inside during the evening. One thing I was very impressed with and something I saw but didn’t take part in was the Pool Party. They work really hard to make it fun and very safe. They made it a really good family event and people seemed to love it especially the foam. I was swimming in the pool next to it and enjoyed watching people have a good time. I was very impressed how many Life Guard's they put round the pool during the event. They moved the staff from other areas of the park to ensure it was safe and fun. The location for us was ideal much quieter than Benidorm but with a lovely local town right outside the hotel. Albir Beach is only about a 25 minute walk and lovely in the evenings. The hotel is next to the bus stop that takes you to Benidorm or Altea in about 20 minutes and only costs two euros and runs until the early hours. I would return here had a lovely time and it was much cheaper than staying in Benidorm. please ignore some of the negative reviews, go with an open mind and you’ll be treated very well by the hotel.
