Hotelové vybavení a zařízení vše ok.Wi-Fi na recepci zdarma.Aqvapark a 3 x bazén 100%.Restaurace slušná jídla se ale moc nestřídají.příplatek na in Exclusive nemá moc význam těch pár nápojů lze koupit i v supermarketu naproti hotelu.Pouze místní provenience (nic moc) Večery hlučná hudby z dětské animace a později k ránu řvaní a bitky Britských turistů,na něž se hotel zaměřuje.Ráno u bazénu krev zvratky rozbité lahve,které postupně dopoledne služba uklízí.Vzdálenost na pláž přes 2 km,tato je kamenitá velké oblázky. Cena je ok,ale příště raději jinam.Vyvarujte se vlaku velká zpoždění i přes 1,5 h,všude busem cena 1,5 E osoba směr (jednotný tarif)

The entertainment team in this place are amazing, do so much to get kids involved, best entertainment team I’ve ever experienced at a hotel

Stayed here in April 26. This is our second time at the hotel, others in our party 4th time. The location of the hotel is great for lots of bars and restaurants nearby, a small walk into Albir or the beach front is recommended. The hotel itself the staff are a stand out, all the bar staff are very friendly and try to accommodate your needs (once they get over the Scottish accent). My wee girl absolutely adores Nico and she was super pleased he was still there after last year, she was made feel so welcome and happy at the evening entertainment. Big shout out to Alex and Manny who are excellent int here own right, signing and keeping everyone entertained. Snack bar is where I certainly found myself most days - hot dogs, cheese and ham toastie, chips, nuggets, fruit pots and there are other foods available. If you like your alcohol the beer is Amstel and the spirits are branded and you will receive this as part of the all inclusive. There are some themed nights on offer which was a bbq at the outside bar - we never used this, however we did last year and it was pretty tasty. I also used the washing machines underneath the main reception which was pretty cheap to help with the amount of clothes needing washed upon return - you only need your clothes it has detergent included in the price. We will see you all next year. F1 simulator is a must which is open for free on the weekends.

Family holiday trip - 2 adults and 2 children. We had a fantastic time, check in was straight forward, on arrival they will ask you to send a screenshot of the holiday confirmation to thier email. Rooms have small kitchen area and balcony. Our room was cleaned everyday, providing us with clean towels daily. We did however have a room next to the entertainment stage so we found it hard to sleep before entertainment finished due to the noise and loud music. Lovely pools, with the highlight being the chidlrens aquapark with great selection of slides for the children and adults. Food was the standard style, we managed to find something every night. A smaller children food area with a selection of food to choose too, my kids enjoyed the sweet choice range. Pool snack bar had a great selection! From pizza, burgers & chips! Entertainment was amazing, great shows, different each night alongside photo opportunities with the animal shows ( parrot & snakes). The hotel area had a variety of shops near by including a supermarket opposite the hotel & pub. If you are looking for great family days outside the hotel, I recommend visiting Aqualandia & Mundomar ( both next to each other) a short bus ride away or hotel reception can arrange a taxi for you. Overall, a great holiday making great memories!

Part of the hotel amenities is the F1 simulator. Kids loved it (as did I) Free to play and a great set up and addition to the entertainment in the hotel
