Hotelové vybavení a zařízení vše ok.Wi-Fi na recepci zdarma.Aqvapark a 3 x bazén 100%.Restaurace slušná jídla se ale moc nestřídají.příplatek na in Exclusive nemá moc význam těch pár nápojů lze koupit i v supermarketu naproti hotelu.Pouze místní provenience (nic moc) Večery hlučná hudby z dětské animace a později k ránu řvaní a bitky Britských turistů,na něž se hotel zaměřuje.Ráno u bazénu krev zvratky rozbité lahve,které postupně dopoledne služba uklízí.Vzdálenost na pláž přes 2 km,tato je kamenitá velké oblázky. Cena je ok,ale příště raději jinam.Vyvarujte se vlaku velká zpoždění i přes 1,5 h,všude busem cena 1,5 E osoba směr (jednotný tarif)

Our second time visiting and it was an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Analyn and Maria. Our daughters absolutely loved them. They made them feel so welcome and made their whole holiday an amazing experience.

Absolutely amazing couldn’t fault this hotel at all my little girl was in paradise food was brilliant wide range and hot food on all day at the pizza bar staff were lovely and lovely location will be returning soon

I travelled to Albir Garden resort for 10 days with my family. We aged from 5 to 58 years old. What we found was a gem. Where to start. We were all inclusive so food first. The breakfast was amazing and lunch and dinner was good. The variety of food is amazing. We also did a street night dinner , which you have to book. You eat outside and this was amazing. The facilties are great. Food beside the bar was good and the pool drinks area is great. With Alejandra and Gloria who were so friendly, funny and professional. But what makes this hotel above the rest was the animation team. Kids kept occupied all day and activities for adults all day too. But the effort they put in wow amazing , they just love their job. Nico and Hamal absolutely brilliant Alex and Harrison So good. The effort they all put in was tremendous. They made our family holiday so special. You also have the shows at night time. Mini disco , adult on stage participating in game shows, the professional shows to. Oh yes not forgetting the foam party too what an evening. Overall the best family holiday we have had and we had a good few. I just want to thank Nico and Hamel especially for really making such a great effort.

We visited as 3 grown ups and an eleven year old girl who had never experienced a family holiday never mind going abroad . Arrived at daft o’clock in the morning so no chance of a first look around . Breakfast was busy but with plenty of choices of food and drinks Absolutely loved the fresh orange juice machine (made me want to buy one ) Then made our way to the pools , where my Grandaughter was told off for her inflatable in the pool apparently not allowed them in any of the pools as she’s a none swimmer. unfortunately so that put a damper on the day instantly . I think probably because the main pool which is in two halves is way way too small for the volume of people wanting to use them . Also during the fantastic foam parties the pool becomes rather over crowded and it was early in the season . The splash park and slides are great and my Grandaughter spent most of her time there. Meal times were good , as someone who doesn’t eat meat it wasn’t always clear what some of the food was but I always managed to find something to eat . Our apartment was somewhat smaller than it looked from the photos and the kitchen was a little worse for wear but didn’t really bother us However there was no air conditioning in the main bedroom so had to open the windows which wasn’t ideal when trying to change or dry my hair in privacy with a constant stream of people going past and also way to hot on an evening to sleep but too noisy with the windows open . Entertainment team were fantastic , but would have liked more adult themed entertainment on an evening after say 9.30 as every night it was mainly geared towards very young children. My Grandaughter was somewhat bored as it was too young for her and so were we . I enjoyed the acrobats and the dancers, but more variety would have been nice . And maybe a limit on the how many children did the karaoke But over all a Fantastic family holiday that I would recommend , but not for those with older children or with no kids
