CASUAL POP ART

We stayed in a terrace sea view room at Casual Pop Art Hotel and found it to be a decent option for a short stay in Benidorm. The biggest positive is definitely the location. It’s just a short walk from the Old Town and close to everything you need, with great views from our terrace overlooking the sea. The room itself was spacious, which was a nice surprise. On the downside, the room was quite basic and could have been cleaner, as it felt a little grubby in places. The bathroom was also very small and difficult to move around in comfortably. Check-in and check-out were both quite slow, seemingly because there was only one member of staff dealing with guests at the desk. If you have to park just pay at the car park. It’s the same price even though the hotel claims that it’s cheaper with them, it’s not. The hotel doesn’t have a pool, and we didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, it’s not a luxury stay, but if you’re looking for a well-located base for a few days in Benidorm, it does the job.

I booked as a last minute as my daughter was staying at a different hotel. The hotel is clean and great location. However there is no swimming pool or area to sunbathe which I found strange. My room was lovely but quite small (609) however i couldn’t sit on the balcony as no privacy and street view was not a street view it was a back alleyway. Breakfast was shocking, very little choice. It’s a very basic breakfast and the worst part they didn’t even have ketchup or brown sauce. First day I had bacon with toast, 2nd day they didn’t even have bacon. The hotel is spotless and rooms are lovely but due to yhe other negatives I probably wouldn’t book it again. Reception staff were lovely & helpful

This hotel is fantastic. Our airport transfer drops you right outside the hotel. The hotel is right on the beach opposite the marina. 6q room 602 which was Batman themed, huge Balcony with Sunloungers and a perfect view. Recommend if you are staying to opt for Balcony Seaview and higher up it's perfect. Check in was quick efficient and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We were early but directed us to a locker area that we could store luggage, need €1 coin refundable. We stored our luggage. There is toilets, a shower and games bit down at the lockers too. They phoned when the room was ready. The room was spacious. Clean and quirky decor. There is a fridge air con and nice Ritual toiletries. The best bit is the large Balcony and view. The room is comfortable and quiet. It's next to old town, but peaceful. Breakfast is continental, nicely presented and hot /cold options. You come out of your hotel onto the beach and along to the Marina for boat trips. There is plenty lovely restaurants and bars next to the hotel and less than 2 mins you are in the old town. Overall 10/10 for staff, amenities and location. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel friendly staff.

This was our second stay at this fabulous hotel. It is in the perfect location in the Old Town. On arrival you receive a warm welcome at reception and this sets the tone for the stay and all members of the team. A sea view room is a must as the views are breathtaking. White bed linen and fluffy towels in a spotless room. Special mention for the housekeeping crew who work so hard and efficiently. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you to all staff, and to Tamara who answered all our questions before arrival. See you all again soon!
