Check in last for one hour-nightmare! It is not 4* hotel. Holl looks ok, new, but everything else is old but very old. We aksed for lower floor and we get 6th but room was so old, smells bed, we never had such un ugly and old room. But it was quiet at night, and that is a lotery in that hotel because is full of teens and young people which are very loud and it can be hard to get rest if they are close to your room so we did not change the room. Food: you will find something for eat but it is not special, I did not like the taste. Kids too. For us it was far away from the beach 550m (it is a lie 350m). You need to go up and down the street so it is not a pleasant walk for kids or older people. Beach was nice, water too, clean, warm but last 2 days we had waves and it was dirty. The are always sunbeds. There are no showers at the beach!!! So I would not say to stay away from this hotel, but just not expect 4* but 2*. It was clean, they change towels everyday and clean rooms. And everyone were so nice-stuff.

Right where should I start, this was mine and my boyfriend first holiday together and gosh we got to the hotel and we waited over an hour at reception cause of queues I understand it was busy however some where on their phone and some wouldn’t both looking at the lines. Finally after I did the check in with my boyfriend got to our room which we was on 17th floor at the first building needs updating a lot because the pictures look better then in reality. I also found some sweets on the floor which WASN'T OURS. Which made it 10 times worse because I don’t expect everything to be perfect at the hotel but at least clean rooms. My boyfriend convinced me not to go downstairs because there was sweets on the floor the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and just general dirty. My boyfriend was amazing he calmed me down and let me take a nap while he cleaned up the room because we was both running on less then 2 hours sleep. After we went for dinner because we had some lunch but don’t get me started check your plates and knives, forks, and spoons because they will be dirty I had yellow stuff on my spoon and I didn’t check thankfully I realised before eating it cause it turned my yogurt yellow. Dinner went a bit better not fully we had to check everything again food was mid but it fine thankfully they had chips. Day 2, it went better we was at the pool which is very nice no complaints because it a great size and their a kid pool and 2 other small pools. The bar was lovely even the staff they was great definitely better then most receptionist they made drinks well tasted lovely. On day 2 we realised our AC barley works so we told reception we got maintains apparently it was fine we complained again on day 4 because it unbearable which I called my dad friends because he speaks fluent Spanish they again sent maintenance he was so lovely he felt so bad because he understood lovely man which I can’t blame him because he can’t change the AC. Me and my partner met a lovely lady which by the end of the night we was walked her to her room because she wasn’t far from us she only opened her door and we felt how cold her room was it was so cold were we understood they don’t care that much about many rooms and won’t update. Whatever we had to sweat day and night. Half way during our stay loads of children appeared which if you have a family it more perfect for cause your children have fun cause they will be running around yelling and screaming in joy. Also, 18 euros for the rooftop bar yes you get a cocktail however for 18 euros I can go into the town and go to the bar for 2 cocktail not one. I realised with this hotel they charge you with a lot of little things like the rooftop bar, sitting at the front row of the entertainment (minimum €10 spend I saw they tell a couple to move because they didn’t want anything to drink) etc. overall, this hotel isn’t worth the money u can get better with your money yes their are some peaks to it however, many negatives I honestly only liked the pool. I only stayed cause my partner knows how to keep me distracted and we went on some trips during the whole day and going to town a lot also, tried to stay positive for him cause this his first holiday from a while now. Sadly I wish it was updated like the rooms and elevators and other areas of the hotel because it has the possibility on looking better and meeting customers needs. And some staff in my personal opinion needs additional training on customer service because some can be very rude towards you.

I arrived with trepidation after reading other reviews, but came away totally relieved. Ok, the good points. We were on floor 39 so the vies were amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, but no kettle (fortunately I had seen this, so took my own kettle, t bags and sweeteners), but there is a fridge. When you arrive, there will be bottled water in your room, this is free for the first night, after that it depends on your board. The maid always got to our rooms about midday, and did a good job. The food was very varied and although not piping hot, it certainly wasn’t cold. Its location is about a 5-8 minute walk to the beach, depending on if you want to descend about 100 steps (we did that once and decided against it after that for the sake of 3 minutes). Old town is about an hour’s walk, but there are plenty of cafes to sit and have a drink in the shade, or you can normally get a cab from in front for under €10, or walk round the corner to the bus stop for €2 each. There’s a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away, and loads of restaurants the same distance. If you are half board, you can have lunch or dinner as your second choice, it’s up to you, just turn up. Now the downside. Yes, there was quite often a lift out of use, but there are 4 other lifts next to it, and 2 glass ones that run up the outside, so not really an issue. One evening all the lifts went down, but they were on it straight away and had them all running within 15 mins. We also had a total power outage one evening, no lights, tv or water, but again, this was all back on within the hour. Apart from that, we loved it. Here’s one for you though. At 52 floors, it’s one of the highest hotels in Europe, but the lift only goes to floor 43, which is the top. So, I found out that there are service floors that public lifts don’t stop at. So although we were on floor 39, we were actually on the 48th floor.
