Gran Hotel Bali

I was quite dubious because of reviews on the food ,and the lifts taking ages but I’m so glad I picked this hotel❤️absolutely beautiful hotel, beds made daily. , food choices are catered for everyone, burger bar, nuggets ,chips the lot, then you have another restaurant opposite side that does everything, the meats are amazing and you can have them cooked in front of you and have as much as you like.im definitely coming again, can’t fault the place at all

My stay here was fantastic staff very helpful The hotel was very clean and comfortable will definitely be coming back here again staff here were very polite and helpful especially Danielle my holiday was fantastic

Had a lovely week at the bali pools were fantastic but the hotel room was a bit dated .Danielle on the customer experience desk was so kind and helpful. Was disappointed that the shell waterfall was not working with rubbish laying in the empty pool was not nice to look at but still loved staying there

Ok, but there are better Good Room clean TV has UK Channels Bus stop for number 2 & 3 outside for Centre Reception staff helpful Poor Air con weak WiFi is sporadic Bar staff attitude and service poor Quality of food (particularly evening buffet ) is very poor

Wonderful hotel and staff, Danielle was very helpful in the restaurant sorting out gluten free meal for our daughter. Would definitely stay again.
