Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances

A large Hotel with evening entertainment most nights. Lots of retirement Spanish couples enjoying there stay also. The rooms are basic, dated and no extras in room only a mini fridge. Most rooms have a balcony view. 10 floors high. One of the smaller skyscrapers. On a very very hilly area with shuttle bus to edge of strip. Very Expensive bar food €10 for a toasted H&C sandwich. Alcoholic beverages expensive €10.50 for G&T. Lots of steps in the actual front and inside so if any mobility issues you are in trouble too. Have ramps but limited. Staff are lovely and security at night too. It's a 4 star but in Spanish terms. A bit to far out and hilly for us. But we got what we paid for.

Nice hotel with lovely pool area. Good breakfast, with lots of choices. Up a hill but the hotel runs a courtesy bus down into town which is great. Brilliant trip.

Very average rooms. Wouldn't advise leaving your Aircon on as mine malfunctioned and started pumping chemicals in to my room whilst I was asleep. I woke up coughing with burning eyes and had to change rooms. No apology whatsoever. No offer of any compensation. Honestly would avoid at all costs. The staff in the bar area were helpful and polite, but the reception desk wouldn't even offer us a late check out because apparently you need to request this the day before, which would have been nice to know before hand, even though there were plenty of empty rooms and had already had a major problem with my room. Would not recommend.
