Hotel Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances

After reading reviews I was dreading staying . Me and a group of 4 have stayed for 5 days and my honest opinion is …. On arrival hotel is presented nicely , it is situated up the cardiac hill of Benidorm however they have a free shuttle to the beach and it’s around 7 euro to the strip etc, rooms aren’t pleasant and clean but shabby around the fixtures and need renovation , breakfast was erm not great , was something for everyone but not to my liking , prices in the bar were ok but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel , always plenty sun loungers when we went to the pool . I would genuinly stay again for a cheap get away

For a four star hotel i’d say it’s not up there. the rooms are quite old and outdated we found mould round the corners of our bath etc , the air conditioning barley had to start sleeping with the door open. if you hate walking for then i definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel , the location is up down lots of steep hills me and my partner did 16-20,000 steps a day just to get to the beach. the mini market is pretty pointless doesn’t even sell water and the pool had nicotine pouches and plasters floating in it, the sun didn’t reach the loungers until later on in the afternoon. for a cheap holiday if your in and out it’d be okay (apart from the walk) however for a long time holiday i’d look else where as we’ve seen lots of nicer ones around.

Avoid this hotel! Staff are ok, we stayed on the first floor but the lifts are so busy during peak hours we had to use stairs and being injured on the holiday if wasn't ideal. The room itself was sub par, we arrived and I had mould on my pillow,stains all over my sheets it was disgusting!! The floor in the room was lifting up causing us to trip over on it and it was sharp, room itself ig walls,skirting boards were dirty and scuffed and the bathroom cabinets peeling up,breaking and bubbling. Very outdated rooms for such a nice reception/ bar area. The hotel is also up an extremely steep hill and there's little to no information about where you get the free bus from to get back to the hotel so we had to pay for taxis multiple times a day. We experienced little to no noise distractions except for a couple times during the day which was no issue. Pool was decent except we couldn't use the outside pool due to maintenance which is understandable as it was out of usual holiday season
