Mercure Benidorm

I believe it is my third of fourth stay in this hotel over the past 5 years. I have given feedback that there service and standard of accommodations at this Mercure hotel is the best I have received compared to other Mercure hotels. My latest visit was again a pleasant one. Well done again to all the team, thank you for looking after me and I look forward to my next stay.

Me and my fiancé went here for 5 days, staff were incredibly helpful, especially one man on reception not sure of his name but he helped us a lot during our stay with taxis and information etc. The hotel its self is lovely, very boho minimalistic style. We upgraded when we arrived from standard to deluxe room to have sun loungers on the balcony for extra €100 for 5 nights which we thought was really good! We did bed and breakfast and had lots of choice each morning, seating wasn’t the best as there seemed there wasn’t enough seats for the amount of guests but we went about 9:45 each morning and it was better than 9am. The pool is lovely however it is quite shaded by trees and other hotels, there are some sun beds in the sun but a lot in the shade, always sunbeds by the pool no need to reserve. It’s about a 5 minute walk from La playa de Poniente beach. There loads of supermarkets (gifts shops, food, snacks, drinks etc) near the hotel within a 2-5 minute walk, we had a taxi from the hotel to the strip one night which was €8 and took about 10 minutes. Everything is walkable or a short taxi ride away.

Wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Multi nationality hotel a good mix of Spanish and British. We stayed half board and is worth booking in advance. The pool has cushioned sunbeds and trees plus shaded seating area. Rooms comfortable and good quality bedding and pillows. Ceiling fan and air conditioning tha actually came on unlike other hotels in Benidorm. Drinks reasonable priced, branded spirits and good quality wines

Just returned home from a 4 night Easter break. This hotel is stunning, the decor is classy and the rooms are great. The pool area is beautiful, nothing like your average hotel. 5 minutes easy walk from the beach, 10 minutes to the hustle and bustle of the old town shops and restaurants. Even the crazy strip is only 20 minutes easy walking. This will be a regular hotel for us to visit, we’re already looking at October to return. 5 stars isn’t enough.

This trip was my Birthday Present for my partners 40th and I couldn’t have wished for a better stay. It was stylish, clean, the staff were amazing and the food was great with plenty of choice. They even offered a cheeky Prosecco with your breakfast! We were early to check in but, that wasn’t a problem as the receptionist was able to store our bags in a safe place so we could go and grab some lunch and head back when the room was ready. The room was lovely and had everything you needed. I’ve never slept as good on holiday as I did here! The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed numerous yummy cocktails whilst having a day by the pool and the waiter was kind enough to bring them to us when they were ready. We loved the outside space as it was full of greenery and you’d never have thought you were in the middle of a built up area in Benidorm. We especially liked the music that was playing softly in the background. The location of the hotel was perfect. Only a 10 minute stroll and you’re on the beach front with plenty of shops and restaurants. We were lucky going at this time of year as the hotel wasn’t that busy which meant it was peaceful and quiet but I imagine it gets busier when the weather improves. We will definitely be re visiting and will highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family. We can’t wait to return soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
