Mercure Benidorm

I stayed here from the 12th of May until the 20th of May for my 50th birthday with my best friend. On arrival, we were greeted with a couple of glasses of champagne 🍾 🥂 then we went to our room it was outstanding. We had a double deluxe room with a pool view 😍 we decided to eat in the hotel 🏨 on the first night, so we decided to try the Alicart menu. The food was stunning 😍 we ordered some pinacolada cocktails. ohhh they were beautiful. The next morning, we went down for breakfast. we couldn't believe what we were seeing. There was everything you could wish for👌 champagne 🍾 as much as you wanted .and all the staff were outstanding 👏 can't thank them a nuff!! 💞 the location was perfect 🥰 just a little walk around the corner to one of benidorms best beaches to walking into the old town. It's just perfect 🥰 I will definitely be returning to this hotel 🏨🇪🇸 thank you to all the staff at the murcure ❣️

Excellent hotel. Can’t fault anything. The rooms and food were great. Even down to the staff putting into practice the policy of removing towels from sunbeds when people left them there and went away. Very impressive!

Staff members were exceptionally helpful, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, the room was clean and fresh towels every day, just lacking draws in the fittings or storage baskets for underwear and socks

Great stay, great hotel, loved the food, especially breakfast. Pool bar great and not too expensive, a few more sun loungers in the sun would make it better, although all the trees are stunning. The only other negative is the construction noise but the hotel can’t help that, it didn’t bother us too much. The location is perfect being only 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the old town and half an hour from the strip. The tram station is also only 15 minutes away. Will definitely be back to the is great hotel.

Had the perfect stay at Mercure Benidorm. Great location if you want to be close to the beach and near to the old town, strip wasn’t too far a walk either but was nice not to be on the doorstep! We went as a group of six for a 60th birthday celebration, the rooms were lovely especially with the large balcony. The pool and loungers were really relaxing and the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. Th staff couldn’t more helpful - would 100 % recommend!
