Mercure Benidorm

I have been here for my birthday this year and last year. My boyfriend got the room decorated for my birthday and the staff were very helpful and made it beautiful. All other staff are very pleasant. The cocktails are amazing and the food is very good especially having a chocolate fountain for breakfast!

Another fantastic stay, this was our third visit to the hotel and I can't see us staying anywhere else in benidorm. It's nice to be away from the madness of levante and feels much more peaceful and relaxed. We booked a deluxe double room which we always enjoy but were upgraded to a very similar room but with a large terrace. The room was also bigger than usual this was a nice surprise, being on the first floor was handy as we didn't need to wait for the lifts and could simply walk up and down the single flight of stairs. Really enjoyed breakfast (if you want a full English this isn't for you) but nice fresh omlettes and the cava is a nice touch. The hotel grounds around the pool are stunning and it feels like a green oasis in the concrete jungle. The Toiletries in the room (nuxe) are great. My only criticisms would be the pool had a slight film of suncream on the whole time we were there and it a relatively expensive hotel I'd expect a little better and the air con for us isn't cold enough even though you can put it to 16c I noticed the room temperature didn't go below 23c which is too hot for us with the thick and very nice bedding. I really should have mentioned it as I'm sure it is a soft limit that can be overruled and would next time. Staff bought two little bottles of cava for my birthday and a nice hand written note (used my middle name but it's the thought that counts). Rooms are very very quiet and we hears no sound at all. We will be back!!

Amazing hotel, staff and facilities, nothing too much trouble and although ive done many stag dos in benidorm i never really got to see the real side of benidorm, this hotel allowed us to do that, lovelly couples break with a dip into the lively side and the rest and luxury we deserve (50th birthday treat for the wife)

Hotel lovely rooms are modern couldn’t fault them grounds are also spotless. Only problem is I was there for 2 days with my sister and we did not manage to get a sunbed the whole time had to sunbathe on an uncomfortable chair only downfall.

The hotel was very nice,peaceful and relaxes vibe. Very clean and the service is superb.
