Mercure Benidorm

Lovely hotel but rooms are rather small. Good sound proofing so did not find it noisy. Had evening meal and found it just ok. Food was not warm. Good breakfast. Walkable to shops and restaurants and there is a free public car park 8 minutes walk away. The receptionist will give you the qr code when you drop off your luggage. Found the staff friendly.

Lovely hotel, clean modern, friendly staff. Lovely comfortable bed. Beautiful pool, great selection of food and breakfast and dinner. A lovely retreat in Benidorm, would highly recommend. We stayed for a long weekend, we upgraded to a Deluxe room which was very comfortable. Loved the weighted quilt was on offer, slept like a log!

What a well situated hotel, quiet but amongst everything, the staff are genuinely lovely and helpful, it’s spotlessly clean with a great variety of food. Rooms are spacious and comfortable also well serviced and spotless with kettle and fridge and large screen tv. I keep on returning as the staff are so warm and friendly and I now feel quite relaxed and at home there.

This hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfy and I've had the best sleep! The food is plentiful and varied, breakfast is just a feast. This hotel really is a little oasis of calm, the staff are super friendly and happy to help. Poniente beach is a short walk from the hotel, about 5-6 mins.

We managed to get a last minute deal in January sales. We visited in Feb half-term. The location of the hotel is perfectly places for exploring locally or using the public transport to explore further. The hotel has a great standard of finish, the staff are attentive, polite and accommodating, whilst allowing you to unwind. We stayed in a standard room with the extended terrace. These rooms are on the first floor. The extra space was welcomed after a day of exploring. The sun fills these terraces until about 5pm. We took the half-board option. Breakfast and dinner was plentiful. A rotation of food, cuisines, and themed stations were all on offer throughout our stay. One thing to improve on would be labelling of the food. Allergens are shared upon request, but it would be good to know what is vegetarian. You don’t always want the staff to follow you round whilst choosing. This is a little tweak to such a lovely hotel.
