Mercure Benidorm

Location was close to all amenities atmosphere in hotel was relaxed staff were super friendly and helpful just a couple of nights with a few guests noisy but it’s Benidorm I would highly recommended this hotel also food was very good

Loyal customers to this hotel for a number of years now.all good things come to an end, as doubtful we will return. Stagg and hen groups taking over hotel, lovely grounds half of time cordoned off due to private groups. Pool area on our stay had 20 plus guys in the pool with footballs, just managed to avoid one hitting me in the face. Went to reception to alert, disinterested, suggested he would need to speak to his supervisor. !! Group continued in pool with footballs. Took a photo of their pool rules which clearly stated no ball games in pool. Food very good, as we're rooms, but no longer a relaxing , quiet hotel. To add to this excessive roadworks with pile drivers, from morning to night, with what looks like a very long road operation, no warning of this occurring.

Exceptional hotel, lovely staff. Very clean. The roon was excellent with spacious balcony and comfy bed. Breakfast was of high quality. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay , a gem of a hotel. Beautiful secret garden , clean large rooms. Ours had a huge terrace . We were welcomed by the charming Michel with a glass of Cava. He is a such a treasure and a credit to the hotel. In fact the staff are friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough for us . Good fresh breakfast with plenty of options . We enjoyed a peaceful great holiday. Highly recommend

Another lovely stay at mercure, love the chilled atmosphere round the pool area, fabulous breakfast and pool snacks tasty, I had a hot stone massage that left me so relaxed I had the best sleep for months. Back in September for more of the same.
