First visit. Was very impressed when we arrived. Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Arrived on Sunday and it was peaceful and relaxing around the pool. Monday was totally different. Noise from a local construction site started from 8.30am. The noise from 2 pile drivers was deafening our peaceful break was ruined. We spoke to reception who were sympathetic but couldn't resolve, not their fault. We should have been made aware by the tour operator there was construction work nearby and the noise level would cause disturbance as we wouldn't have booked. Advised by a local shop assistant this has been going on for 2 months! Likely to continue for a while. Would return to this hotel but would check the work has been completed before we book.

Hotel very modern but layout of room ? Sink area looked into bedroom. Toilet was in cupboard.no window. Nowhere to place case and no drawers. No atmosphere in hotel and comlimentary room due to late flight was just toilet/shower room which had loads of dirty towels and dirty overflowed bin!!! Holiday ruined due to road outside being drilled and banging with huge drills 8.30 til 6pm everyday so couldn't sit around pool or hotel even if we wanted too !!!

Well.... How sad am I after two previous visits to this hotel when it was five star in my opinion. This time my two stars reflect how dissapointed I am. Still a guest here 04/05/2026. The amount of extreme noise from roadworks !! Nearly sent us crazy - work started at 8am and went on till approx 6am. ×2 Huge construction machines generating extreme noise and vibration for hours on end. Staff informed as to how we felt & although sympathetic- there's nothing they could do. We had no notification as to this from our tour operator. Since found out from a local shopkeeper that this has been going on a couple of months & due to cary on a couple more years although we understand the two massive machines may not be needed for that length of time? Whilst loving this hotel & appreciating staff please be warned your in for a noisey break!! This certainly ruined out break & less time in the hotel was spent due to this. Not happy.

Lovely hotel.very chill.i was there 27th-30th April.unfortunately there was roadworks/building work going on at the time and they were on the loud side.not the hotels fault so don’t feel right marking them down for this.a heads up from loveholidays would have been nice.i will be emailing them in regards to this. I would stay again and probably will later in the year. The large terrace was great.if only the weather wasn’t on the cloudy side when I was there I would have got a belter of a tan.still got a good one for a Scotsman.😜 Unfortunately I didn’t have the breakfast or any other food so can’t comment on that. I keep myself to myself so didn’t interact with a lot of the staff but the ones I did were lovely. Will defo stay again.would like to know when the roadworks/building work will be finished because that could decide when I do return.

The hotel is very much as described in other reviews but there is currently a significant issue with noise from a massive construction project taking place around 50 to 100 metres from the hotel entrance. Work begins at 8am and continues throughout the day until 6pm. We only stayed at the hotel from Monday to Friday so cannot confirm whether work continues over the weekend. The noise from the building work was so loud that, in our opinion, there was no way of relaxing by the swimming pool or in the gardens. We, therefore, spent much of the day away from the hotel which was not our intention when we booked. The work to construct a huge underground car park began in March and there is no specified end date to the project but it will be many months. In our opinion, no tour operator should be sending customers to this hotel without notifying them of the noise disruption and letting them make an informed choice. One of the recent reviews described this hotel as an oasis…sadly, it is anything but at the moment.
